I consider the Hostfully Property Management Platform a game-changer for operations, contributing to increased revenue. It reassures me that my team members have improved access to operations, aiding them in their various support roles. I value the customer service and the provided help articles. Features like the triggers and templates with SMS, cleaning jobs, and owner blocks are especially beneficial. However, I've observed rising costs and some integrated tools don't offer the same level of customer support as Hostfully. I suggest including owner blocks in reports along with "costs" in a spreadsheet, and having owner block trigger a cleaning job. I selected Hostfully Property Management Platform after a comprehensive evaluation of my needs and I'm thankful for their positive response to my review. They are continuously working to enhance their service and I appreciate their consideration of my feedback as they continue to evolve and improve their platform.

I am extremely satisfied with Hostfully Property Management Platform and I highly recommend it. My onboarding experience was excellent and their support team is fantastic, particularly their quick response time and attention to detail. I find the platform's design appealing and appreciate the built-in booking website which streamlines the process. I also value the regular updates on new or improved features. I am aware they are working on updating the calendar features and I would like to see more flexibility, such as color-coding and notes. However, overall, I am very satisfied with the streamlined processes. I chose Hostfully because of the positive reviews, its ease of use, the price, and the support. I switched from Tokeet because it was outdated and required too many manual tasks. I love how automated Hostfully is, it has helped to cut my workload in half! I am grateful for the wonderful review response.

I would recommend Hostfully to anyone looking to build brand awareness and engagement over the long term, and wanting to add a personal touch to their company. What I value most about Hostfully is the ability to customize everything personally. It took me a year to grasp the system and how to make modifications, but it was rewarding to learn how to organize things without needing assistance. I'm not a huge fan of the phone app, but using the desktop version on my phone works well. I chose Hostfully Property Management Platform for its features and my personal assistant, Kara. I switched to it because it provides more properties, automation, customization, numerous channel and hosting options, and easy-to-use reports. I appreciate the vendor's response to my feedback on the phone app and their dedication to enhancing the mobile experience. I'm thankful for their support in my property management journey and I'm glad I chose them.

I appreciate the customer service of Hostfully Property Management Platform as they are responsive and usually resolve issues promptly. I find the integrations to be good, although I've recently encountered problems with the Lynx integration. The app is quite simple, but it doesn't allow me to edit existing templates, I can only delete them. There are some persistent bugs, such as jobs being assigned to someone even when I don't have that option selected. I also don't receive notification bubbles on my iPhone when I get a notification on Hostfully, despite having my settings updated to receive these. Despite these issues, I find the app easy to use and will continue using Hostfully for the time being. I primarily chose Hostfully for its affordability and user-friendliness. The customer service and quick resolution of issues are very important to me. The awards that Hostfully has won also influenced my decision. I switched to Hostfully because I had too many units to manage with my previous platform, and Guesty was too expensive.

Hostfully has greatly aided in the growth of my company, Osa Property Management, by enhancing our property management efficiency and giving us a competitive advantage. Initially, we were only managing a few homes and had to send out numerous emails during the rental cycle. Now, we have full control over our calendar, integration with various other sites, and automated communication with renters and travelers. I regret not taking the time to learn the software earlier as I didn't fully utilize its capabilities. It's capable of a lot and is quite easy and intuitive to use, but it does require some time to study and practice. The customer service at Hostfully is outstanding. They are quick to respond to queries and have provided solutions to all my questions over the years. I chose Hostfully over other platforms because their customer service was always quick to respond, unlike other companies that never returned my emails.

I've been in the holiday rental management business for 8 years and my journey with Hostfully has been quite an adventure. I committed to a year-long contract with them, which was a premium investment, but one that I believed would pay off. Now, I find myself fully engaged in my work, diving deep into tasks and troubleshooting issues that arise. The 5-star reviews they've received are truly inspiring. I would recommend a thorough evaluation as the integrations with Airbnb and Booking.com have unique functionalities, which can be intriguing, especially when it comes to end-of-month reports. Many features are provided by external partners, which is an added bonus as it allows for a wider range of services. Their customer support is conveniently available via chat and their problem-solving approach is quite unique. They either open a ticket for further investigation or suggest using an external integration app. The system is constantly evolving with new updates and improvements. When I proposed a contract reduction due to some initial hiccups, they chose to stick to their original agreement. This shows the company's commitment to their terms and conditions. It's been a learning curve, but one that's been full of growth and development.

Quality Vacation Rental Software, Yet Sluggish Performance
I find Hostfully to be a decent PMS system that generally suits our niche business well. However, I do encounter several bugs and wish the system updates were more efficient. I would like to see ACH/E-Check implemented with VRP, and I wish managing and downloading an "order" for a reservation was simpler. Despite these issues, Hostfully handles our channel bookings, fees, and online booking process quite effectively. It's fairly intuitive and we use it to manage all our reservations, track payments, and communicate with guests. However, the software is slow, with the Pipeline taking 5-10 seconds to load each time. We also experience slow load times on each "reservation". The support from the Hostfully team is slow and high-level issue management is virtually non-existent. Another frustration is that when checking out or completing an online reservation in Chrome, the auto-populate fills in the email address in the last name field, which requires us to manually update it later.

Key Functionality Absent in Hostfully
I initially opted for Hostfully for my short-term rental business, thinking it had similar features to Guestsy but at a lower cost. However, I was disappointed to discover that Hostfully doesn't integrate with VRBO, a key feature for me. It allows automated messages to Airbnb guests, but not to those who book through VRBO. This wasn't mentioned during the training sessions. Upon finding this out, I immediately canceled my subscription and switched to Guesty, which not only integrates with VRBO but also offers many more features. I would advise using a software that fully supports your business, which in my experience, isn't Hostfully. The vendor responded to my complaint, explaining that the lack of VRBO messaging API is due to VRBO themselves and they are waiting for VRBO to add this to their official API. They also mentioned that I can still automate emails to VRBO guests and correspond with them via email directly from the Hostfully inbox.
