However, I've observed rising costs and some integrated tools don't offer the same level of customer support as Hostfully. I suggest including owner blocks in reports along with "costs" in a spreadsheet, and having owner block trigger a cleaning job. I selected Hostfully Property Management Platform after a comprehensive evaluation of my needs and I'm thankful for their positive response to my review.       I am extremely satisfied with Hostfully Property Management Platform and I highly recommend it. My onboarding experience was excellent and their support team is fantastic, particularly their quick response time and attention to detail. I find the platform's design appealing and appreciate the built-in booking website which streamlines the process. I also value the regular updates on new or improved features. I am aware they are working on updating the calendar features and I would like to see more flexibility, such as color-coding and notes. However, overall, I am very satisfied with the streamlined processes. I chose Hostfully because of the positive reviews, its ease of use, the price, and the support. I switched from Tokeet because it was outdated and required too many manual tasks. I love how automated Hostfully is, it has helped to cut my workload in half! I am grateful for the wonderful review response.

      I appreciate the customer service of Hostfully Property Management Platform as they are responsive and usually resolve issues promptly. I find the integrations to be good, although I've recently encountered problems with the Lynx integration. The app is quite simple, but it doesn't allow me to edit existing templates, I can only delete them. There are some persistent bugs, such as jobs being assigned to someone even when I don't have that option selected. I also don't receive notification bubbles on my iPhone when I get a notification on Hostfully, despite having my settings updated to receive these. Despite these issues, I find the app easy to use and will continue using Hostfully for the time being. I primarily chose Hostfully for its affordability and user-friendliness. The customer service and quick resolution of issues are very important to me. The awards that Hostfully has won also influenced my decision. I switched to Hostfully because I had too many units to manage with my previous platform, and Guesty was too expensive.

      I find Hostfully to be a decent PMS system that generally suits our niche business well. However, I do encounter several bugs and wish the system updates were more efficient. I would like to see ACH/E-Check implemented with VRP, and I wish managing and downloading an "order" for a reservation was simpler. Despite these issues, Hostfully handles our channel bookings, fees, and online booking process quite effectively. It's fairly intuitive and we use it to manage all our reservations, track payments, and communicate with guests. However, the software is slow, with the Pipeline taking 5-10 seconds to load each time. We also experience slow load times on each "reservation". The support from the Hostfully team is slow and high-level issue management is virtually non-existent. Another frustration is that when checking out or completing an online reservation in Chrome, the auto-populate fills in the email address in the last name field, which requires us to manually update it later.

      Key Functionality Absent in Hostfully

      I initially opted for Hostfully for my short-term rental business, thinking it had similar features to Guestsy but at a lower cost. However, I was disappointed to discover that Hostfully doesn't integrate with VRBO, a key feature for me. It allows automated messages to Airbnb guests, but not to those who book through VRBO. This wasn't mentioned during the training sessions. Upon finding this out, I immediately canceled my subscription and switched to Guesty, which not only integrates with VRBO but also offers many more features. I would advise using a software that fully supports your business, which in my experience, isn't Hostfully. The vendor responded to my complaint, explaining that the lack of VRBO messaging API is due to VRBO themselves and they are waiting for VRBO to add this to their official API. They also mentioned that I can still automate emails to VRBO guests and correspond with them via email directly from the Hostfully inbox.
