      I appreciate how Gymdesk automatically tracks when students need to pay, saving me the trouble of doing it manually. I find it convenient to manage the website, billing, attendance, and marketing all in one system. The software is straightforward and easy to learn, and the support team is excellent, responding to any queries promptly. The pricing is affordable for a small martial arts school like mine, helping me manage the business side of running a school more efficiently. While the software is great, I would appreciate more customization options. For example, being able to customize the dashboard to display what's most important to me, or changing the "Book" link on the schedule to something more suitable like "Free Trial Class". I use the booking function more for leads than for students. I also think the check-in screen could be simplified, perhaps by listing student names eligible for the next available session for easy check-in. I chose Gymdesk primarily for its competitive pricing and the opportunity to try it out.

      The onboarding process for Gymdesk was straightforward for me and I found the tutorial videos and FAQ helpful, even though the software was already easy for me to navigate before I watched them. I really appreciated the simplicity of setting up my academy on the software and the positive feedback from my students who use it for class reservations. It's also easy for me to navigate for day-to-day operations. I wish I had discovered this software sooner to avoid the headaches I experienced with other platforms. The customer service is excellent and very responsive, which is helpful for on-the-fly troubleshooting. I think it would be beneficial if there was a feature within the software that allowed interaction with members, such as notifications when an admin user posts something or a community board for updates. I switched to Gymdesk because it was advertised as suitable for small businesses, but I found that it's really designed for large health clubs or small fitness gyms like CrossFit. I didn't find the previous platform user-friendly at all, from onboarding to daily management.

      10/10 amazing experience. I absolutely love Gymdesk. Its customer service, user-friendliness, troubleshooting support, and the variety of functions it offers are fantastic. When compared to other software programs at each price point, Gymdesk is far superior. I would recommend it to anyone. However, I do wish there were more customization options for some features. I switched to Gymdesk because it was much cheaper than the previous software programs I used. Previously, I had to pay separately for multiple features, but now they're all included in one software and managed from one site. I used to have to use multiple programs, websites, and support numbers, which was a huge hassle. Now that everything is in one place, my job has become much easier, faster, and less stressful.

      I've had a fantastic experience with the customer service at MAonRails. Eran has been incredibly helpful and responsive. They were also flexible with pricing, which I greatly appreciated as a small school. The interface is clean and easy to navigate for both students and administrators. It's easy to customize and get started quickly. I particularly like the family account feature and the ease of creating, adding, and modifying belt ranks. The customer service is excellent, with quick responses and a willingness to help. However, I do wish each document could have a customizable email saved. It can be a bit tricky to navigate belt ranks when different classes can count towards time in grade. Also, the gym schedule could be improved - I'd like to see a month at a time. I chose Gymdesk because the free trial with CMS had a messy interface that was hard to navigate and required their tech to roll over. There were too many complicated back door options and buttons.       Terrible. I'm cancelling my subscription and switching to a competitor's company. They at least provide a customer service phone number. Gymdesk is a decent membership management platform, but their customer service is awful. They don't provide a phone number and after several emails requesting a callback, I was informed they don't do callbacks but would schedule a customer service call. This was inconvenient, especially since I was calling about the three charges a month that my $75 a month service was supposed to cover. I initially chose Gymdesk for its pricing, but it's not saving me any money and actually costs more than its competitors. I'm switching due to their poor customer service and the hidden charges. Their $75 a month plan was actually costing me [SENSITIVE CONTENT] a month and getting an explanation from Gymdesk was nearly impossible. They responded saying they don't provide live phone support.
