I also appreciate the Grammarly for Windows app because it helps fix issues on the Word doc as I write. However, Grammarly is not 100% accurate. The suggested phrases or words might not convey the intended meaning, so I need to ensure the suggestion makes sense. The Grammarly for Windows App sometimes disappears or is unresponsive, but reinstalling restores the functions. I switched to Grammarly Business because it is intuitive, catches most issues, and it is easy to use.

However, I wish they offered a lifetime subscription for a one-time payment and better integration with MS Word. Grammarly often incorrectly identifies non-errors as issues and sometimes suggests changes that can lower the quality of the writing. It also struggles with longer documents in MS Word, making it unsuitable for extensive reports or book-length projects. I initially switched to Grammarly Business after my ProWritingAid trial expired, but I eventually returned to ProWritingAid as Grammarly didn't fulfill my requirements. I appreciate the vendor's responsiveness and their receptiveness to feedback, and I'm eager to see how they enhance their product.

I recently had an experience with Grammarly Business that initially left me a bit unsettled. I was charged $144 or $2 CAD for a service that I hadn't explicitly signed up for and felt didn't quite live up to its promises. However, I was pleasantly surprised when they offered me a full refund, which is currently in the process of being returned to me. While I initially had some reservations about their billing method, I've come to appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction. They've shown me that they value their customers and are willing to rectify any misunderstandings promptly. As for the plagiarism detection feature in their premium app, it didn't quite meet my expectations at first. However, I've realized that it's a tool that can be used in conjunction with my own skills. I was able to detect some instances of plagiarism myself, which the app didn't pick up on. This has actually made me more confident in my own abilities and has shown me that I can rely on my own judgment as well as Grammarly's tools. Overall, my experience with Grammarly Business has been a learning curve. It's taught me the importance of understanding the services I sign up for, and it's shown me that companies can and do value their customers. I'm looking forward to seeing how Grammarly continues to improve and evolve their services in the future.
