My experience with GoTo Meeting was absolutely fantastic! The salesperson was incredibly attentive, offering me a yearly subscription to ensure I get the most out of the service. Even after I mentioned it was a one-time setup, he was understanding and continued to provide excellent service. He was so efficient that our conversation ended quickly, allowing me to get back to my busy schedule. I also sent him an email and I'm eagerly awaiting his response. If I could, I'd give this service more than 5 stars!

It's been a great exercise in open communication and I'm confident that we'll streamline the process soon. What's interesting is that the products seem to have separate accounts. It's like having multiple tools in one! When I call both, they're able to process my payment without any issues. It's a unique setup that keeps me on my toes! The company operates like a conglomerate of different entities, including LogMeIn, GoToMeeting, GoToConnect, and Jive. It's like having access to a suite of different services all under one roof. The product names in the admin may not match the product names you purchase, but it adds a layer of intrigue and keeps things interesting. They have separate admin sites for the products, and navigating through 3 or 4 admin sites to manage the same employee is like a treasure hunt. It's a dynamic and engaging process that keeps me actively involved in the management of my team. It's a vibrant, bustling environment that keeps me engaged and excited to be a part of it!
