Embracing Duda: From Mobile Sites to Secure Development

My overall experience with Duda has been excellent. I've never lost a site due to its high security, which is superior to CMS like WordPress. The Duda builder is user-friendly and its recent updates have improved it further. I do wish for quicker support times from Duda, but I understand it's a challenging task. I switched to Duda because it's simpler to use, more secure, and saves development time.

      Duda Lacks Two-Factor Authentication

I'm disappointed that Duda doesn't offer second factor authentication, a standard security feature in professional tools. Without it, the risk of a website built with Duda being hacked is high. I believe it's safer to use a more secure website creation platform.

      Game Changer: Embracing Duda Agency!

I absolutely love Duda. I'm extremely happy with my decision to switch to Duda Agency. It's user-friendly for both me and my clients. I value the continuous upgrades and additional features Duda offers for agency users, like collections, no client billing fees, the option to purchase new domains, accessibility enhancements, and ongoing speed and SEO improvements. All of these are included in the Agency plan without any hidden or extra costs. Duda is a fairly new system and the team is always working on new updates. However, some features might not be as advanced as other systems yet. I switched to Duda for its simplicity, support, pricing, and because it's specifically designed for agencies.

Good, But Has Potential for Greatness

I find Duda great for building small, simple websites. I appreciate its flexibility, especially the ability to customize between desktop and mobile. The websites load quickly, index well, and perform well on the SEO side. I've been using Duda for over 6 years and now use it exclusively. However, I find its widgets rudimentary and lacking in simple, expected features. The poor transitions and general user experience limit my ability to meet my clients' needs and expectations. I also find Duda slow at improving small things that would make it a 5-star website editor. Recently, it seems most new functionality has been added to their App $tore, making it a more expensive platform. I wish they would prioritize fixing the long list of broken or buggy features first.

Unresolved Issues for Over a Month

I purchased a lifetime membership with Duda Mobile Software a few months ago to have my site on both iPhone and Android. I spent over a week setting up the sites on both mobile devices and published them. However, I found that the Android version of the site wasn't working on my Samsung Edge Plus. I reported this to the Duda Support team over a month ago and tried several suggested solutions, but none worked. I was told it would be a significant issue that would take time to fix. I asked for a discount due to the problem and was granted one. I have repeatedly contacted Duda for an update, but the response is always the same - it's a long process and they will call when it's fixed. Over a month has passed and nothing has changed. I have informed Duda that I will be writing a review about my experience. The iPhone version of the site works just fine.

Common Scams Seem to Run Through Duda

I'm experiencing issues with Duda and its associate Memberstack. Once subscriptions are obtained, there's no support and it's impossible to cancel. Memberstack continues to take money, arguing that Duda memberships must be cancelled first. However, Duda won't cancel unless you upgrade. Their support email is of no help and they just seem to want more money.

My Three-Year Journey with Duda: A Rollercoaster of Changes and Challenges

I've been a loyal customer of Duda for 3 years now and it's been quite a journey! They made a bold move by removing their chat function, but they've kept the pricing for the team plan consistent at $33 a year, plus website costs. At one point, I was managing 1 websites on their platform, which was an additional $15 per month. When I decided to switch things up and downgrade to a monthly package per site, I discovered that they don't automatically update their DNS records. This led to my site being down for a weekend, but it was a learning curve for me as a new customer. The real game-changer came when I decided to export my site. I found out that this feature is exclusive to the agency package. So, I'm now on a monthly subscription for a site that isn't live yet, but I'm excited about the prospect of rebuilding my site page by page on WordPress. Duda initially sold me a team plan and then changed it, which was a surprise, but it's been an interesting experience. Now, I can't wait to start the process of exporting my own site. It's been a rollercoaster ride, but I'm looking forward to the challenge!

      Great Tools but SLOW Support

The web building aspect of Duda is excellent, but the support is slow. Despite paying for the Agency Plan, my support emails often take days to receive a response. I urge Duda to improve their email response time or implement a phone system. I need a reliable web company that can provide timely support for me and my clients.

Duda Continues to Improve and Evolve

I've been using Duda for several years, initially for mobile websites and now for creating full websites for small business clients. The websites are easy to migrate from old platforms and are mobile responsive. I appreciate the fast page delivery speed. There is some limited functionality, but I expect this to improve. I've had issues migrating from domains without the www prefix, but I've been told that Duda plans to fix this in late 2018 or early 2019.

Unwavering Satisfaction with Duda's Exceptional Services

I'm absolutely thrilled with Duda! I had initially decided to cancel my subscription a month ago, but I was pleasantly surprised to see that they continued to provide their services, even after I had unpublished my site. And let me tell you, their websites are incredibly unique! They offer a different approach to responsiveness that really sets them apart. I'm genuinely impressed!

Duda has allowed my agency to grow by over 1,000 clients thanks to its user-friendliness, stats dashboard, editor, and inherent SEO value. The ecommerce feature could be stronger, but enhancements are anticipated later this year. I selected Duda as it is a superior software.

Exactly What I Was Looking For

I really value Duda. They are always available to provide relevant solutions whenever I have questions. Duda provided everything I needed to transition clients from Wordpress. It's user-friendly, has a clear pricing structure, secure hosting, and they made white labeling easy. I would like to see basic widgets like web forms and email marketing integrations updated to meet market demands. I chose Duda over Webflow because I found Webflow's pricing structure more complex to understand and apply with multiple clients. I switched to Duda from Wordpress because it was becoming increasingly difficult to maintain client websites. I needed a solution that would be easy for clients who wanted to be more involved in web content management.

      Effortless Website Creation with Duda!

Overall, I've had a great experience using Duda for a range of websites, from basic to e-commerce, particularly those built using Ecwid within Duda. I find Duda's optimization and security to be superior to WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace, and in my comparisons, Duda websites consistently outperform those from other platforms. As someone who isn't a coder, I find Duda incredibly useful for designing unique and creative websites. Their pre-built templates and drag-and-drop builder make the design process easy, and with support's help, I've even been able to manually change some CSS when necessary. My only minor complaint is that I've had to use 3rd party widgets, like Jotform, to achieve certain functionalities, which adds an extra cost for my clients. However, this isn't a deal-breaker for me. I switched to Duda after Adobe Muse ended, and it turned out to be a blessing in disguise as Duda is far superior to Adobe Muse in terms of time.

      I Once Adored Duda

I used to be a fan of Duda, but since they removed their live chat support for lower tiered plans, I can no longer recommend it. Despite its clunkiness, it was versatile and user-friendly for a non-tech person like me. However, without live chat support, waiting for 1-2 days for an email response due to issues becomes too frustrating. If you're considering a plan with live chat, I'd say it's worth it, otherwise, it's not worth the hassle.

Boosting Agency Profitability with Duda: The Ideal Choice

I use Duda to replicate my design templates, which helps me reduce build time and increase profitability. Duda is open to product improvement suggestions and plays a crucial role in my strategy to develop sites faster and more profitably. As an agency owner, the white label options help me strengthen my brand and company to my clients. Unlike consumer-oriented website builders, Duda doesn't upsell, display annoying advertising, or distract me from my work. The support is quick and convenient, and I can share site management with my clients, assigning specific permissions to specific individuals. Duda offers customization and personalization features that can help any local business become more profitable. The drag and drop, on-screen editing is easier than any consumer-level website builder, and much easier and more secure than WordPress. However, there are some limitations such as the lack of dynamic page content, limited functionality for custom social sharing images, and lack of categories in page creation. Despite these, I am excited for the future growth of Duda.

My Positive Experience with Duda's Unique Customer Service Approach

I've had a pretty good experience with Duda as a platform for swiftly creating a website. It may not have all the bells and whistles of WordPress, but it's still quite impressive. I was thrilled to find out that even after cancelling my subscription and unpublishing my sites within the 3-day period, I was still able to access my account. Although I couldn't use the sites during the paid period, which was completely understandable since I had cancelled, I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had kept my account active. It's like they were giving me a gentle nudge to reconsider my decision. I found this to be a unique approach to customer retention. What really impressed me was that even though my account showed that I didn't have an active package, they still charged me. This might seem odd, but it made me realize how much I valued their service. It was a wake-up call that made me reconsider my decision to cancel. I must say, Duda's unique approach to customer service is quite remarkable!
