It simplified our user surveys and I liked its seamless Slack integration and data merging option for improved reporting. However, I found the reporting somewhat limited and recommend transferring the data to another analytics system or exporting it to excel, which is quite easy.

I find Delighted to be an easy and user-friendly software that offers great analytics. It's well-priced for the functionalities it provides. I particularly appreciate the simplicity of the Net Promoter Score feature, which asks customers how likely they would refer us to a friend on a scale of 1 to 10. Unlike other platforms, Delighted keeps this task simple, allowing us to upload emails or automate the process with an API call. I'm also impressed with their customer support, which is always timely and helpful. I don't have any major complaints about this product. The price is great and the interface is user-friendly. The only minor issue is that our senior leadership often asks for a breakdown of the people it was sent to. If we manually upload a CSV or email addresses and don't save the CSV outside of Delighted, we have to ask for the contacts we sent it to by month. However, they pull this information.

I'm happy with Delighted, considering it a good value for money. We switched from AskNicely to Delighted and the integration with our CRM, Intercom, was seamless. By linking it to our back office via their API and Zapier, we've achieved a lot. I like its excellent graphical interface, easy navigation and setup, and multi-language support. However, I wish there was an option to embed reviews.

Exciting Software with More Enhancements on the Horizon
I am extremely pleased with Delighted! Their team was amazing and treated our small business like a big one. Delighted is a straightforward, easy-to-use survey tool with a user-friendly interface that is easy to navigate. When they were bought by Qualtrics, they swiftly made enhancements that saved me numerous hours in data analysis. Before these improvements, I had to manually code surveys, but now a lot of that can be automated with tags and keywords.

I find Delighted extremely user-friendly, customizable, and it integrates seamlessly with popular ticketing systems. I initially encountered a problem with multiple responses from the same customers being overwritten, but their Support Agent resolved this efficiently. I switched to Delighted because it offers a free plan, which is beneficial for my business. It's also very easy to set up and provides all the options I need.

Fantastic Start with Delighted
I found the tool easy to understand just by browsing the website, which gave me the confidence to request an exact budget before starting my 7-day trial. I value the self-help resources and the transparency in plan and pricing comparisons. The self-serve onboarding, high-quality help center documentation, responsive and friendly support, and intuitive analytics and reporting are all top-notch. I'm unsure if we'll be able to use the tool for complete custom feedback surveys, but that might be because I haven't tried yet. I'm still in the trial phase and have been actively looking for issues after struggling with another survey solution for months, but I haven't found any yet. I switched to Delighted because we wanted to place NPS surveys in multiple places and manage and report on each one individually. The previous solution's analytics were lacking, and I had to aggregate everything and do line-by-line sentiment analysis in a spreadsheet. I even had to manually calculate the NPS scores.
