  • Refund policy: Although it may take some effort and time, Crowdfire does provide refunds to unsatisfied customers

Cons from reviewers

      No Longer Functional!

The software, Crowdfire, no longer works as it used to. It has become expensive, increasing from £15 per year to £7.99 per month. Many features have been removed, such as auto replies and the Instagram feed. The only remaining useful feature, Copy Followers search, is broken. When I search for a specific person, like @icenimagazine, it gives a random list but not the person I'm looking for. When I search for something like Norwich, I get a list of Chinese and Japanese people, who are halfway across the world. Additionally, it asks me to reauthenticate with every click.

Unmatched Convenience and Quality: My Experience with Crowdfire

Absolutely LOVE Crowdfire! The auto-renewal feature is so convenient, ensuring I never miss out on their services. It's like they know how much I appreciate their product, even when I'm too busy to remember to renew. I've tried other social media schedulers, but I always come back to Crowdfire. There's a reason I stick with them - they're simply the best!

      Mixed Experience with Crowdfire

Edit: I received a reply and a refund 4 days after sending another email and leaving the review below. I'm changing my rating from 1 to 3 stars and the title from Very bad experience, shady to Mitigated experience. A quicker response would have been appreciated. I still don't understand how we got auto-renewed when this shouldn't be possible. Original review: I had a very bad experience. I purchased the one-year premium plan, but didn't find it useful for automating communication on social media (not their fault, automatic posting services have limited benefits, didn't work for us). Our yearly plan got auto-renewed, even though their website clearly states …Both Premium & Pro Plans are Annual Subscription plans that do not get auto-renewed. These plans will get canceled on their own with the end of the subscription period …. Note: There is no option on the website to auto-renew or cancel automatic renewal for these plans. 5 weeks after my first email, I have received no reply or refund. This seems shady at best. I will update.

      Still Great!!

The software, Crowdfire, isn't as good as it used to be. Many features were removed following changes to the terms of service on social media networks. However, they do keep their platform updated, which is a positive aspect. At least I won't get banned for using their features.

      Customer Support Largely Neglects Emails

The customer service largely disregards my emails, occasionally responding only to vanish again. I feel brushed off and can't get any clear communication. I'm still waiting for a response and a refund. I advise contacting your bank. This company needs to be shut down. They claimed on Twitter that they emailed me, but after 3 hours, I still haven't received anything. I feel lied to and robbed. I demand a refund immediately or I will take legal action.

      Caution: Stealth Renewals Ahead

I feel the need to echo previous 1* reviews of Crowdfire. There was no email warning of a renewal or record of payment. Their billing records are even two years outdated! The customer service seems unable to resolve these issues. The features are now just a fraction of what they used to be and it feels like they're just trying to squeeze every last penny from their once loyal customers. Update: I was refunded in the end, but it took a lot of effort.

Exploring Crowdfire: A User's Experience and Expectations

I gave Crowdfire's free version a shot and while it didn't quite align with my specific needs, I was impressed by the potential it held. I decided to cancel my account, expecting my data to be deleted as per their FAQ. I've noticed I still receive a few ads, which I take as a sign of their keen interest in keeping me updated with their latest features and improvements. I've reached out to them a few times regarding data deletion and I'm eagerly awaiting their response. I'm hopeful that they're just busy enhancing the app for their users. I can't help but wonder if there's a passionate team behind the app, or perhaps a dedicated creator who's focused on maximizing the app's potential. Recently, I sent an email to their listed address (previously I had been writing to Sam from Crowdfire) and received an automated response. It seems they prioritize support for their paid subscribers, which makes sense considering the resources required for customer service. I'm considering upgrading to a paid subscription to fully experience their customer support and the additional features it offers.
