So far, I haven't encountered any issues, although the support could be a bit slow. The vendor responded to my review in September 2021, expressing gratitude and encouraging me to reach out if I need further assistance.

I find the mobile and web application of ConectoHub to be useful and intuitive, offering a good user experience. I can monitor all my colleagues on a single screen. However, I wish there were more options for colors or themes. I also believe that two-factor authentication would be a beneficial addition. The vendor responded to my review, expressing gratitude and assuring me that my feedback will be forwarded to their team.
