ClickMeeting is a platform I use for creating and managing online meetings. Its user panel is extremely straightforward, allowing me to set the date, duration, and password for users to join the meeting. I can also create my own registration form, present speakers, and outline the agenda. The platform even allows me to send automatic webinar reminders to registered users. During the event, ClickMeeting enables me to display various views of the presentation and the presenter. I can moderate the chat, conduct a Q&A session, and even record the meeting. It's a very intuitive tool that makes creating and managing online events convenient for me.

Unstable Features and Inadequate Customer Service
I've encountered problems with ClickMeeting that resulted in extra work for me, even though I paid for additional features meant to eliminate manual tasks. The customer service was unhelpful and made me look unprofessional. I wouldn't risk using ClickMeeting for high-attendance webinars. While the interface was user-friendly and I didn't have any connectivity or technical issues during webinars, the extra features I paid for were flawed and created more work. ClickMeeting's support was non-existent and their standard response was "It works for me". Specifically, the feature to attach files for participants to download didn't work, forcing me to use a different vendor. Support blamed my customers' browsers but didn't suggest a suitable one. I tested it on four different browsers to no avail. Also, attendance certificates were supposed to be sent automatically, but some participants didn't receive them, so I had to send them manually. The vendor responded.

I am extremely satisfied with ClickMeeting. It enables me to record videos effortlessly, automate the process of sending invitations and reminders for upcoming webinars, and send follow-ups post-webinar. I can also gather feedback through surveys and target products for sale. During a meeting or webinar, I can engage the audience to ensure they are not merely passive listeners. The published tests during a meeting always leave a positive impression. What I appreciate most about this system is its intuitiveness. I love that I can use the predefined settings before the webinar and not have to worry about whether I've set everything up correctly. However, I believe it would be beneficial to expand the default settings to include integrations with an appointment booking system. I switched to ClickMeeting because the automation option was only available in the more expensive version and there was no option for automated webinars, which I really wanted. The vendor responded to my review in August 2022, expressing their happiness that I enjoy using their platform.

However, I switched to ClickMeeting because their customer service was incredibly helpful, providing prompt responses both over the phone and via email. I was informed that the plan I purchased did not allow for more attendees and that I could upgrade to a paid plan if necessary.
