I have been using various social media tools for the past 5 years and I find Agorapulse to be the most user-friendly, offering the most features even at the lowest subscription level. It's incredibly easy to schedule content, engage with followers, and create custom reports to understand user behavior. However, I've faced issues when trying to post more than one photo on Instagram using the app and when scheduling a post with an image on Facebook, the image often doesn't appear. I wish Agorapulse could integrate with Pinterest and maybe even TikTok. I chose Agorapulse for its ease of use and preferred layout after using it for a client. The vendor responded to my review, explaining that due to Instagram's API limits, it's necessary to use the mobile app to post multiple pictures on Instagram.

I think Agorapulse is fantastic. The customer service is excellent and it's easy to use. It has almost everything I need, particularly considering the price. The simplicity of use, from setup to daily use and maintenance, makes it the most user-friendly tool available. However, it's missing a few features, like the ability to search all conversations by a specific word to find certain posts. I switched to Agorapulse because of the poor customer support and high cost of my previous tool. The vendor responded to my review, acknowledging my need for a specific word search feature and informed me it's in their plans. They couldn't give a specific release date but assured me it's coming. They also added me to their product feature list so I'll be the first to know when it's released. They encouraged me to share any other ideas on how to improve the product.

I value the labels, groups, user-friendliness, reporting, and free tools. I don't have any major complaints. The new features, like the image editor, are great, though they could use some additional functionality such as basic lighting and contrast adjustments. However, this isn't a big issue. I chose Agorapulse for its functionality, ease of use, and customer support. I switched to Agorapulse for the same reasons. I'm very pleased with the features and the 24/7 customer support. If there's anything else they can do to make managing my agency's social media easier, I'll let them know.
