Avoid Doing Business with this Dreadful Company
This is my review of the software, Acefone. It was one of the worst commercial software experiences I've ever had. While the calls had high quality sound when connected, the India-based company's support team made undeliverable promises. It was always someone else's fault within the company. Cancelling during the 'free trial' was an absolute nightmare, and it seems like I may need to file a chargeback with my credit card company.

Setting Up the New Acefone: A Review
I'm in the process of setting up a new phone system with Acefone and so far, it's been excellent. I used to be with Vonage, which was awful, and then mistakenly signed up with Bonline, which left me without a working phone for the last two days. I've cancelled their contract and am now hoping that Acefone will deliver a working system in the next few hours. Durgesh has been excellent.
