      The app is good, but the customer support is terrible. Whenever I try to chat with support, I get a message saying they missed me and will get back to me shortly, but shortly often means days. Once I report an error, they disappear until I send reminders. My friends who use Quickbooks seem to have a more customer-friendly experience. Zoho, you're going to lose customers if you don't improve your support!

      I think Zoho ONE Ecosystem is brilliant. I've been using it for over 3 years now, despite having limited programming experience and little software development knowledge. I've successfully built several business apps on Zoho Creator, integrated with Zoho Workdrive, and also used Flow, Zoho Mail, and Zoho Zeptomail. Although there are occasional issues due to the company's fast-paced nature, Zoho's support team is always ready to assist and resolve problems. I highly recommend Zoho to any company interested in working with Low Code systems. Currently, I manage three small companies with around 2 users in total. My account manager checks in every few months and is always available via email to help sort things out.
