      An Exceptional System Indeed

I've been enjoying my experience with Zoho Recruit so far, even though I'm still learning how to use it. I appreciate the readily available full support that answers any questions, without having to wait on hold every time I call. I like the organization and accessibility of the system, either through Zoho itself or by embedding it in your website. However, I have an issue with the email syncing feature, as it doesn't sync all of my existing folders. This requires me to either use Zoho as my main email or constantly update two separate apps. I chose Zoho Recruit because it seemed more specialized towards recruitment, which is exactly what I need.

Efficient System for Streamlined Hiring, Even for Small Businesses

I have hundreds of resumes in my email, all for different roles, all in the same inbox! Zoho Recruit simplifies the process of sorting through candidates for each specific job. It's incredibly user-friendly, leading to less cluttered emails and easier collaboration in hiring. However, I encountered some problems with language translation. I needed to translate some tabs into Arabic, but I couldn't modify all the pages. I also wanted to link to my G Suite email so all previous emails would be included in the candidate pool, but I was unable to do so. I opted for Zoho Recruit because we already use Zoho People for internal HR operations. Using another app from the Zoho suite seemed like the perfect choice. Plus, the system is fantastic. I only had to spend a day and a half to set up and publicly publish the career link.

Don't Hesitate, Just Purchase! Zoho-Recruit: The Supreme Ruler of ATS + CRM Apps

I value the synchronization across all Zoho apps and the mobile application, which significantly eases my job as a recruiter. The user interface is filled with comprehensive features and can be tailored to meet all needs. However, I do miss the kanban view option in the jobs hiring pipeline stage. I opted for Zoho Recruit for its user-friendliness and synchronization across Zoho suites. I transitioned to Zoho Recruit because of its flexible pricing and the visibility of the jobs hiring stage pipeline field.

      The Ideal Platform: Zoho Recruit

I used to depend on Google Sheets for my recruiting system, which was quite a hassle due to endless comments and color-coding. However, switching to Zoho Recruit was a refreshing change. It's visually pleasing, easy to input data, and provides an unlimited number of tools to improve your process. I was able to upload a .csv file from my Google Sheets, which populated all my leads into the platform. Although I had to modify some information, it didn't take much time. I customized the layout and information templates, set up clients and open positions, and initiated email marketing campaigns. The platform even pulls resumes from ZipRecruiter, Indeed, Monster, and others, which can be added to your candidate platform with a single click. Customizing the templates took me about a day. There was a minor annoyance as some information couldn't be deleted from the template, but it wasn't a deal-breaker given the platform's automation and simplification capabilities.

      Satisfied with Zoho Recruit

I'm currently enjoying using Zoho Recruit, particularly appreciating its customizability and the to-do function. However, I had to buy a separate CRM as it's not included. I chose Zoho Recruit because its system logic and interface align better with our needs.

Comprehensive ATS at an Affordable Cost

What I value most about Zoho Recruit is its cost-effectiveness, given the comprehensive features, data, and analytics it provides - making it ideal for startups. However, I found that the initial account setup requires considerable effort. Thankfully, they offer expert help if needed. I primarily chose Zoho Recruit for its analytics, which aid in identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency enhancement. I also appreciate its candidate insight feature, which assists in identifying potential candidates for job vacancies, and its automation features, which streamline communication with candidates, clients, and vendors. I switched to Zoho Recruit due to a lack of analytics in my previous software.

Top-tier ATS and Hiring Solution: Zoho Recruit

I began using Zoho Recruit with a freemium package and have continued to use it. What impresses me about Zoho Recruit is its capability to source and recruit candidates, as well as post jobs to multiple job boards. It's linked to numerous job boards, making it easy to find skilled candidates. As an ATS, it's unique in that it manages all recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing, applications, support and emailing, to interviews and offer letters. Zoho Recruit also has a webform code that can be integrated into any website to capture candidate information, which I incorporated into my WordPress site. My only suggestion would be to simplify the UI as it can be quite complex for first-time ATS users, with all the information hitting the front page at once.

It encourages collaboration within the system and simplifies pre-screening candidates with customizable webforms and assessments. It also provides numerous add-ons for processes like e-signing offer letters and background checks. Excellent Software; Customer Support Needs Enhancement

I am extremely unhappy with Zoho Recruit. I initially thought it would be a cost-effective recruitment solution for my small business, but it has turned out to be a major inconvenience. The training provided is minimal and instead of a comprehensive training manual, I was just given a copy of the demo, which wasn't very helpful. The customer service, based in India, is hard to understand due to heavy accents and they often talk over me or interrupt me. When I called recently, I was put on hold and forced to respond to a survey for a free cruise and an advertisement for a product I wasn't interested in, before being disconnected. Moreover, I wasn't informed that in order to post a job, I needed a matching website domain and email address. I had to pay GoDaddy to transfer my site, buy a new domain name and change my professional email address, which was a huge hassle and unexpected expense. I still can't post my jobs until my new website is launched.
