I had a very positive experience with ZeroBounce. I had some queries which were promptly answered by a helpful representative. They didn't try to upsell me, allowing me to choose the right package for my needs. I was able to chat with someone in real time who patiently answered all my questions. I needed to clean an old mailing list and was having trouble sending a newsletter due to potential bounces. I wished I could integrate ZeroBounce into my WordPress site to easily identify and delete bad emails. I chose ZeroBounce for its immediate customer service and competitive pricing, as I was frustrated with waiting for responses from other customer services. I switched from Mailchimp as they wouldn't let me send out my list due to potential bounces and didn't offer any solutions. I found ZeroBounce online and it solved my problem. I recently began using ZeroBounce to clean my email lists. As soon as I logged in, a customer service representative was available to chat and answer my questions, making the site user-friendly and providing fast results. I'm still trying to figure out how to sort the lists as the results provided too many types of inactive emails. Now, I need to combine the inactive lists from all categories and sort them again. I chose ZeroBounce because I used to sort my list in MailChimp but wanted a more advanced tool to avoid creating unnecessary records in my listserve.
