I have a very positive opinion of Winningtemp. After our trial period, all managers agreed that Winningtemp is our future and we would never go back to the "old way" of conducting annual pulse surveys. Our employees also noticed a difference in management and how "soft" issues were addressed more effectively. Winningtemp is a user-friendly tool that was quickly accepted across all levels of our organization during the trial period. It allows managers to work more proactively with their teams, rather than reactively based on annual pulse surveys. For employees, it provides a platform to voice their opinions in various areas (anonymously) to influence our work methods. The praise function in the tool has been a success! I have nothing negative to say about this software, I highly recommend it to all companies looking to actively monitor their employees' sentiments in areas like Leadership, Engagement, Work situation, and similar. The only aspect that might require some extra time is the initial data setup, but a dedicated Winningtemp customer success manager is there to help.

The support I receive from Winningtemp is outstanding. They are consistently friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond. They often consider our suggestions and regularly improve the system. I strongly recommend Winningtemp if you're looking for a solution like this. It's extremely user-friendly and aids our organization in gathering important data on employee well-being through pulse surveys. It's simple to identify necessary actions based on facts. The setup is easily customizable to suit our organization's needs and preferences. Occasionally, I find the system a bit slow, but it's not a major problem as it doesn't happen frequently. The goal-setting feature could be more flexible. For instance, when I upload a file, I can't edit it and save it directly. I have to save it on my desktop, make changes, and then re-upload it. I chose Winningtemp because it's more modern compared to others and the system is incredibly easy to use. It's easy to implement and the cooperation is good.

I value the advantages of Winningtemp as it encourages regular discussions about our work environment and situation. This wasn't common before, but now we get weekly insights and employees can leave anonymous comments. The software is user-friendly and intuitive, with a good app and interface for phones. We use the package that includes development talks and Actions, which helps us in giving the continuous feedback and follow-ups that employees expect from organizations today. The support is also outstanding, offering great feedback and inspiration when we face problems we're not sure how to solve. The question bank is easy to use and modify, and the surveys can be customized to fit different departments with varying questions or survey frequencies. However, the webpage is slow for some reason, which can be annoying. But this problem doesn't happen with the app. The vendor responded to my review, thanking me for my feedback and assuring me that their development team is prioritizing speed improvements. They also encouraged me to let them know if there's anything.

I used to struggle with annual surveys that took months to return results, and by the time we implemented changes based on the feedback, it was outdated and less relevant. However, since using Winningtemp, we now have access to real-time data and no longer have to speculate about the causes of our stress. The data enables us to make informed decisions and ask more pertinent questions. We can also identify what we're doing right and what we should continue doing. Another advantage is the comment feature, which allows employees who might not feel comfortable voicing their opinions in front of the entire company to express their feelings. While Peakon was also a good option, we are extremely satisfied with our choice. The vendor responded positively to our review and noted our comments on data presentation. They also mentioned that new features in this area will be launched soon.
