As a creator of multi-language websites, I find Weglot extremely user-friendly, even with CRMs like Jimdo, WP or WIX. The translations it provides are nearly as good as human translations, and any differences can be easily edited manually. This saves significant project time without eliminating the need for translators, creating a win-win situation. Weglot is simple to integrate and saves a tremendous amount of work time. Instead of duplicating all website subpages and then handing them to a translator, I can do it all with almost a single click using Weglot. My favorite feature is the visual editor, and I also appreciate the excellent service and friendly staff. Occasionally, I need to reload in visual editing mode, but this is a minor issue. I chose Weglot because I was so pleased with the product and its features that I saw no reason to look elsewhere.

Quick & Exceptionally Friendly Customer Service
The customer service I received from Baptiste at Weglot was one of the best I've ever experienced. There was an issue where my credit card was charged an incorrect, high amount. Baptiste responded quickly and politely. He was able to locate my subscription, cancel it, and process a refund within a few hours. His exceptional service deserves 5 stars and an extra one for going the extra mile. I'm very grateful.

I find Weglot to be user-friendly and adaptable to my website. Initially, I had issues with my website remaining in English despite trying to change languages using the plugin. However, after reaching out to customer support, I received exceptional assistance, responsiveness, and patience during the troubleshooting process. This swift resolution and responsiveness brought me great relief, particularly in these times when many of us are working remotely. I opted for Weglot because it's compatible with JavaScript, which is used by two of my microsites. Many other translation plugins either don't support JavaScript or are too costly. In my opinion, Weglot is the best choice.

I had a disappointing pre-sales support experience with Weglot, which was a major concern for me. Despite appreciating the presentation, the inadequate support deterred me from continuing. I contemplated transitioning from another Wordpress woo commerce translation tool to Weglot, but the support team couldn't address my specific queries and declined to connect me with a resales engineer or a more technically knowledgeable person.
