      My overall experience with WebRezPro was fantastic. From the initial sales contact, through numerous demos, and their patience during our board approval process, to the excellent training and implementation team, everything was flawless. They provided exceptional support to customize the system to our needs and offered excellent technical support with interfacing with SHIFT4 and Moneris. I particularly valued the fractional component that allowed owners to access and book their own cottage. My only regret is that we didn't discover it sooner. I chose WebRezPro for its fractional component, support, pricing, and presence in our regional market.

      WebRezPro provides possibly the best customer service I've ever encountered. Whenever I reach out, I always receive a response. If I leave a message, I typically receive a callback within minutes. They are incredibly responsive, more so than any other company I've worked with. I would rank WebRezPro among the top two, if not the best, in terms of customer service. The software itself is user-friendly and easy to teach to my team. It's also highly adaptable to various needs. As a complex resort, we struggled to find software that could meet all our needs until we discovered WebRezPro. It manages our company-owned resort rentals, owner rentals, connects to all our OTAs, handles all our payouts, boat rentals, in-store sales, and even our small timeshare residents. The owner calendars are an excellent tool for reporting to owners and the software does everything we could possibly need. The only downside is the booking engine page.

      As our business expanded, we required a more advanced system with accounting integration, and WebRezPro catered to this need effectively, ensuring seamless operations. The support team is consistently friendly and patient whenever we reach out to them. Once you get the hang of the layout, the program is simple to maintain and update. I particularly value the accounting integration. I do wish there was a better integration with VRBO, akin to the one with AirBnB, but I understand the problem is more with the VRBO platform than with WebRezPro. I hope this will be addressed in the future, but for now, there's an easy workaround. We opted for WebRezPro due to its superior system, better integration options, accounting feature, and friendly staff. We transitioned to WebRezPro because we needed a more advanced system that could evolve with our business.

      My overall experience with WebRezPro has been largely positive. I've found that most of the features are intuitive once I've asked about them or figured them out on my own. The system integrates well with our restaurant, which is convenient for guests who want to charge their meals to their rooms. I particularly like the Tape Chart/Calendar feature, which I use frequently. It's user-friendly and provides a clear view of availability. However, I do find the "Change" and "Edit" features on reservations somewhat frustrating. It can be confusing when I want to simply add a note or extend a reservation, especially when I'm on the phone with a guest. I'm accustomed to AutoClerk, where I could make changes without having to switch between 'edit' and 'change'. We switched to WebRezPro because our General Manager was dissatisfied with our previous system, which was somewhat cumbersome. He also wanted more marketing features.

      WebRezPro has helped me stay organized and focused. After researching and dealing with other large companies, I found their systems only worked with one payment processor at an unreasonable rate. Then, I found WebRezPro. It's a unique, user-friendly system that's reasonably priced and allows for multiple integrations. However, its online calendar view could be improved for easier guest use. I chose WebRezPro for its business integrations and switched to it due to the cost and software bugs of my previous system.
