Exploring WebinarJam: A User's Perspective
The main benefit I found with WebinarJam is its capacity to host more participants in a meeting compared to Zoom. I initially believed it would be simple to set up and operate, but I faced several problems. For example, I was unable to access the website if I was even a minute late, and it doesn't permit late arrivals to my site. If I needed to delay a weekly webinar, I couldn't just reschedule it; I had to create a completely new one. The software also demands a lot of bandwidth, which is an issue for viewers with slow internet. I also couldn't figure out if attendees could see and hear me without directly asking them. Moreover, if I wanted to share my screen, I was unable to switch from my current browser to another page not in the same browser. I opted for WebinarJam thinking it would provide more value for my money and be easier to use, allowing more people into the room.

Potential Unfulfilled: WebinarJam's Shortcomings
I use Webinar Jam for conducting LIVE workshops to help people build digital marketing platforms. However, I find it doesn't integrate well with other tools unless everything is run from their site. I appreciate the extra features like reminders, social cues to boost conversions, and the recording quality is top-notch. But, it lacks a paid user solution, offering only a PayPal button on a registration form. The signup process is complex and should be simplified to a single checkout form. Instead, one has to select the webinar, pay through a third-party app, and then register through their form. Its ZAPIER integration doesn't accept actions, so I can't write them in through Zapier or load a file of guests. The paid functionality for sign up is minimal. I chose WebinarJam because of the positive reviews on their site, but the customer service is slow or non-existent. It's cheaper than ZOOM, but only because ZOOM forces you to have Zoom.

Overall, I find that WebinarJam provides most of the features I need at a more affordable price compared to its competitors. I've renewed my subscription from last year, which shows my satisfaction with the tool. However, I wish it could be simplified even more. I value the ability to collaborate with multiple presenters remotely and the option to set up various elements like polls, offers, and surveys before the sessions. The chat and audience interaction features work well, and the video and transmission quality have always been satisfactory. My customers find it intuitive and easy to use, as I've received no complaints so far. However, I wish the transition between video and presentation was smoother, and I would prefer if the "request to speak" function didn't require the attendee to become a presenter. I also wish a survey could be triggered immediately after the session ends, instead of having to send an email. I would like the registration process to include an "add to calendar" option.

The setup process is quite long, but they've designed a simple, foolproof step-by-step process that's worth it in the end. We've tried other software that was either too costly or didn't provide a streamlined process for making purchases during the webinar. Thanks to WebinarJam, we've managed to make over $5000 in one hour from sales. I value the ability to stream on multiple social media platforms simultaneously and gather emails from viewers. However, I wish attendees could subscribe to our email newsletter during the signup process. I also appreciate that I can assign users to my account but restrict admin access.

WebinarJam: Promise Unfulfilled
WebinarJam allowed me to broadcast and engage with my audience at a lower cost than similar products like GoToMeeting. However, it fell short on delivering promised upgrades and some key features disappeared without explanation. For example, I paid for an upgrade to live stream on Facebook, but this feature vanished. Despite blaming Facebook and claiming to work on it, the feature never returned. Additionally, the ability to stream webinars on my own website also disappeared. Over time, it became evident that the company's focus shifted towards providing pre-recorded webinars and launching a new product, a Content Management System and Funnel Building product. Little effort was made to improve WebinarJam. The initial promoters and supporters of the product vanished, and the lag issues persisted.

It enables me to include a large number of participants and maintain stable communication. I can record webinars for backup, making it a highly useful system for communicating with colleagues and clients from anywhere. WebinarJam has numerous functionalities that make conducting webinars very straightforward. I can share information, create surveys, send messages, and include a large number of participants. The audio and image quality are good, making it ideal for integration into many departments. The user interface is very intuitive. There have been a few instances where the communication was interrupted, but I believe this was due to internet connection issues, not a problem with WebinarJam itself.

Untrustworthy and Deceptive: WebinarJam Review
In 22, I purchased a lifetime subscription from WebinarJam to support the company in its early stages. However, on September 27, 223, they informed me that my ENTERPRISE level account was being discontinued. They offered me the opportunity to subscribe to the same ENTERPRISE level account for $99 a month for the next 12 months, with no mention of what would happen after that period. Essentially, they unethically deleted my lifetime subscription, which I had paid a significant amount for, only to offer me the chance to pay monthly for the same level of service. They assured me that if I started paying monthly, there would be no disruption to my account content or functionality. I have the email they sent me as proof. I would advise anyone considering giving their money to this company or its parent company, Genesis Digital, based in Las Vegas, to research them thoroughly first. I found their actions to be unethical, dishonest, and disrespectful to the customers who supported them from the beginning.
