I have pre-existing medical conditions and I found that ROCK's questionnaire algorithms handled them more intelligently than other companies I've used, resulting in a reasonable quote. I didn't need to make a claim, so I can't comment on their claim handling, but I'll definitely consider ROCK first for my next travel insurance quote.

I don't want it to be overshadowed by more modern competitors like Trello. I appreciate its price point and core functionality. The free version meets the needs of any small team working on a project. It has many useful and intuitive features, and a sleek, streamlined interface, making it easy to learn. I value its ability to integrate Google Drive and Zoom, and its solid mobile app, making it versatile. Its task management system is robust enough to function as a makeshift customer service hub. They've even recently added the ability to integrate Rock with other workspace apps like Trello. I want to use it as my go-to software. However, the more I use it, the more I notice areas where it falls short. Its excellent functionality invites.

Discovering Rock Sooner Would Have Been a Game Changer
Rock has enabled my team and I to work in a flexible yet organized manner. It consolidates all essential information such as documents, tasks, and deadlines in one location, saving me the hassle of going through emails, scheduling additional meetings, or creating multiple WhatsApp groups for various work streams. I found it particularly useful to be able to see my assigned tasks and update my supervisor on my progress. The weekly reminders about upcoming deadlines were also very helpful in planning my week and meeting deadlines. Overall, I found Rock extremely beneficial for project work as it helped break down the project into smaller tasks and maintain a clear overview. Initially, the numerous tools on Rock seemed overwhelming and it took me a while to understand the concept. However, after a few days, it became very user-friendly. I would highly recommend Rock to anyone working on projects.

Rock: An Essential Tool!
I really like using Rock and appreciate the support it offers. I consider Rock a strong competitor, even exceeding Slack's features. I love its freemium model and the fact that I can use it with all my teams. However, I wish Rock had more integrations, like with cosmos.video, and different roles for each channel feature. I'd also prefer a more customizable friend's page where I can add different forms such as website, work in progress, and money per hour. I switched to Rock because Slack was too slow and expensive.

I am extremely pleased with the Rock software. It has successfully met our team and task management requirements. We utilize the app for our weekly planning and one of its standout features is its capability to send team notifications about the tasks for the whole week. It also sends daily task reminders. However, attaching files to a task can be a bit inconvenient as they need to be added one by one. We opted for Rock due to its user-friendliness, simplicity, and its ability to address two issues - team chat and task management. Moreover, it's very cost-effective.
