      Brilliant Concept, Disappointing Execution

      As previously mentioned, I believe the concept behind Reward Gateway is fantastic, but it lacks refinement and has excessive security measures for a platform that doesn't store any protected information. I appreciate its seamless integration with ADP and the employee homepage, but beyond that, there's not much to commend, particularly given the complexity of the admin side. I was a big fan of this product when it was Brand Integrity, but I feel the quality has significantly deteriorated since Reward Gateway acquired it. I dislike several aspects, including the transition from a fun employee engagement tool to a platform requiring a working email and two-factor authentication. This change has rendered the product unusable for our 110 employees without work emails. Even our CEO can't write group reviews due to the security features. The platform was better when it was owned by a small business, but since being taken over by a multi-million dollar company, things have worsened. We originally chose Brand Integrity because a board member had a positive experience.
