Before I started using ProntoForms, handling paperwork was a major issue as it needed to be physically transported to our shop every week for billing and payroll. Now, ProntoForms has made our lives easier by instantly sending completed forms to the shop, improving our office workflow and reducing fuel costs. We can now easily submit paperwork from the field and provide necessary information to our office and customers. However, the software isn't perfect - the refresh function doesn't always work as it should, sometimes causing paperwork to get stuck in the sent folder and not submitted on time unless manually reconciled by the user.

The software integrates flawlessly with Salesforce, acting as a record system and removing the burden of tracking paperwork or deciphering illegible handwriting. It also allows me to capture customer signatures directly into PDF reports, simplifying the report provision process. This all-in-one platform offers full integration, streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency. Initially, setting up ProntoForms seemed intimidating and our organization made it overly complex. However, with the recent launch of ProntoForms University, I can now learn at my own pace and gradually increase complexity as I become more comfortable with the software. This has made the transition smoother.

Superior Alternatives Available in the Market
The support for ProntoForms is awful and the product itself is clunky, requiring constant work-arounds. I think there are much better solutions out there. We spent a lot of time figuring out these work-arounds, and by the time we had put in so much effort, we were too deep into the process to back out, even though we realized it wasn't a great solution. It needed constant monitoring and added overhead. I would recommend not signing a contract until they can prove it can meet your needs seamlessly, otherwise, you might end up disappointed. They might tell you what you want to hear to get you to sign, but then fail to deliver. I suggest making them build a demo first, otherwise, you might find yourself lost. The sales team made promises about requiring little management overhead, which they couldn't deliver. We chose TrueContext (formerly ProntoForms) because it was supposed to be easy to set up.

However, the app undergoes frequent updates and sends a lot of push notifications, which sometimes clutter my mobile interface. I believe more form building features could be added as enhancement and utility features.
