      I've been really enjoying using Podium and I believe it's been a worthwhile investment. We've looked at other similar software, but we keep trusting Podium because of the variety of services they provide. It's fantastic that our tech-savvy younger employees are comfortable with this software, and it's also simple enough for our older employees to use. I'm confident we'll keep using Podium for many more years. I appreciate that all our messages, whether they're from various social media sites or our own website, come to one place. It's handy that all our employees can access this site, allowing us to respond quickly to incoming messages. I also like that our reviews show up here and we can respond to them through the Podium platform, instead of having to visit Google, Facebook, Yelp, etc. separately. I do wish we could consolidate review notifications to avoid duplicate messages. We chose Podium because it handles the messaging aspect of our website, inquiries from Facebook, text messages.       My overall experience with Podium has been fantastic! The software is user-friendly and easy to set up. I was assigned a customer success agent who guided me through about 12 weeks of training and check-ins to ensure I was ready to go. My team and I love it and recommend it frequently. I appreciate how Podium enables teams from different departments to collaborate in responding to customer inquiries and requests. A remarkable feature is their ability to convert our regular phone number into a text-able number. Our landline, which all our customers are familiar with, has now become a texting number as well. We can now tell our customers to "Just send us a text." However, the search feature in Podium is disappointing. It's surprising how poor it is in this day and age. The only way to look up old conversations is by remembering the name of the person you were chatting with. The reason we switched to Podium was because we were using an integration with our organization's Slack channel that allowed.

      Exploring Podium: A User's Perspective on Pros and Cons

      I appreciate the simplicity of Podium's review invite which has helped increase patient reviews and its inbox is easy to manage. However, I'm frustrated that if we enter a contact's phone number incorrectly, it can't be edited, only the name. My biggest issue is feeling misled. I was told when purchasing the software that it would integrate with our CMS system, but it doesn't. There has been no effort to fix this and I was told to contact Symplast myself, which I don't understand why I, as the customer, should be doing. I chose Podium because it seemed more user-friendly than Birdeye. However, if Birdeye integrates with our CMS, I will switch when our contract is up.

      When I first signed up for Podium, I received excellent support. However, this support vanished a few months into our year-long contract. Given the price we were paying, it was disappointing not to hear from our representative or customer support for the last six months. I had several questions and issues with the platform, such as missing leads and review requests not reaching the targeted inbox, but these were never addressed. I also highlighted a problem with a mapped field and was told they were waiting on another company to finish an API. Interestingly, when I switched to a competitor, this issue was resolved perfectly. I would recommend others to save their money and find competitors that offer the same product at a lower price. While Podium's user experience may be superior, its competitors have better delivery rates, leading to more leads and ultimately more sales for our dealership. Podium's product is easy to use and the user experience is top-notch. However, I wish there were.

We opted for Podium because it offers unlimited texting, unlike other companies that charge for a certain number.
