      I needed a tool to help me organize my tasks for contacting prospects multiple times and I found Outplay. It was fairly easy to use once I got the hang of it and they have excellent support to answer any questions. They've even developed an integration with my Applicant Tracking system, Crelate, which works well to automate and orient tasks for contacting prospects. However, there was a bit of a learning curve. I chose Outplay because it was more affordable and had a great Zapier interface that allowed me to integrate it with other systems. I switched to Outplay for these same reasons.

However, they kept trying to bill us and ignored our cancellation requests.
