However, it doesn't measure up to other third-party analytics tools at the same price point. It feels more like an upgraded Hotjar. Despite its visual appeal, it lacks depth in its capabilities. It's unable to handle call tracking or keywords, so I still need to pair it with Google Analytics, particularly in B2B where inbound keyword tracing and call tracking are vital. I switched to Oribi thinking it was superior, but I might revert. The company responded to my feedback, stating their goal is to solve marketing dilemmas for various organizations and provide more insights than just visitor numbers or page views. They clarified that they don't aim to replace Google Analytics, but rather to complement it.

It offers excellent value for money, fitting perfectly into our budget, and is incredibly easy to set up and use. However, the reporting capabilities of Oribi are somewhat limited. Reports can only be exported as pdf documents, which can be restrictive in terms of the data you can include or exclude. Ideally, I would prefer the ability to export reports in .csv or .xls formats. I've also experienced some issues with the dashboard not loading certain reports or visitor journeys.
