I've found Occupop extremely helpful as we've been trying to expand our staff in the UK and Ireland. We've used it for several years, posting up to 60 jobs at a time, and it's been perfect for our needs. It's user-friendly and easy to train colleagues on. We couldn't have done without it. However, I would like to see a text SMS system to better communicate with applicants.

The overview feature of Occupop is inconsistent. When I respond to applicants, they often don't receive notifications. Sending additional documents is not user-friendly, with a 90% failure rate. I don't receive notifications either, leaving me unsure if the candidate received my response. I usually end up contacting them manually for confirmation. I switched to Occupop mainly to save costs.

I find Occupop to be a great software with excellent customer service. Any problems are resolved on the same day. The software is user-friendly for both admins and end-users, and we were able to post roles immediately after purchase. However, it sometimes creates multiple candidate profiles with the same email address. The vendor has acknowledged this issue and will consider it for future product updates.

I've found that Occupop has enhanced our resourcing procedures and streamlined certain elements, including eliminating some manual tasks. It's fairly easy to use and offers useful features like interview scheduling and automated templates. However, it lacks some crucial features, such as keyword search for candidates. The system can also be slow when switching between profiles and the reporting feature needs improvement, including the ability to export reports. The vendor has acknowledged my feedback, promising new features like AI CV profiling, database keyword searching, boolean searching, and advanced reporting. They've assured me that they will keep me updated on all the new features.
