I purchased a Nectar mattress just under three years ago and it's been a journey! The mattress has naturally molded to my body shape, creating a personalized sleeping experience. I was so impressed with their customer service when I reached out to them about the changes in my mattress. They promptly sent someone to assess it under their 'lifetime warranty'. They explained that the 2.5cm indentations were considered normal 'wear and tear', which was a great learning experience for me. I'm now excited to purchase a new mattress, as I'm ready for a change. I find Nectar fantastic and I'm thrilled to use it daily. It's an excellent way to reward employees with points that they can use to purchase gift cards, making them feel valued and motivated to work hard. The best aspect is its simplicity and the minimal time it requires to use. Having been with this company for 15 years, this is the best reward program we've ever implemented. It's a convenient way to acknowledge colleagues who have gone the extra mile. Our previous system was more complex and underused, but I've noticed that those who didn't use the old system are now using Nectar. The only downside is that each person needs to sign up individually, and some colleagues are reluctant to make that small effort. I want to reward certain individuals, but I can't if they haven't signed up. This isn't really a software issue, but it's the only thing I don't like.

Still Adjusting to the Mattress but
I'm still adjusting to the mattress, but it arrived on time without any issues. However, the mattress protectors I ordered were delivered to the wrong location, which was the fault of the courier service DPD, not Nectar. When I contacted Nectar, I spoke with a wonderful woman named Claire who immediately re-sent the items. I'm pleased to say the protectors arrived a day earlier than expected. I'm VERY HAPPY with Claire and the Nectar team.

I'm pleased with the great value and comfort of the Nectar mattress. The delivery was quick, but I had an issue with the removal of my old mattress. Despite paying for this service at the time of purchase, it wasn't collected for two weeks and I had to follow up with the company to get it removed.

I've been sleeping on my Nectar mattress for about 18 months now and it's been a dream! It's perfectly molded to my body, creating a unique sleeping experience that's tailored just for me. There are two cozy dips on each side and a comforting ridge in the middle, making it feel like the mattress is giving me a gentle hug. The sides of the bed, where I get out, have softened to a level that makes it feel like I'm stepping onto a cloud. It's so inviting that I find myself drawn to the middle of the bed, where the comfort is at its peak. When I reached out to Nectar to share my experience, they were so attentive and arranged for Home Serve to come and check the mattress. Their method of checking the bed's contouring was so innovative! Instead of using a hard level across the mattress's width, they used a piece of red string, which beautifully traced the unique shape my mattress has taken on. Don't be swayed by any negative reviews you might come across. This mattress comes with a lifetime guarantee and I can confidently say that it's been a fantastic investment. It's been almost 2 years and my Nectar mattress is still going strong!

Good Mattress, Good Company, But Not for Me - Nectar Review
The mattress wasn't suitable for me, although it was of high quality. It was just too soft, causing me to feel somewhat 'sunken' and inadequately supported. I suggest that they provide clear information about the level of support to manage expectations accurately. I would categorize it as soft. However, the company handled the return, refund, and collection process excellently. I believe that if they had been clearer, I wouldn't have purchased it, and they wouldn't have lost money. If you prefer a medium/soft mattress, you can't fault the product or the customer service. I think they would have fewer returns if they communicated the exact level of support more clearly.

I use Nectar to recognize individuals who help me. Once I've exhausted my monthly points to give, I must wait until the next month. It enables me to provide 'tangible' recognition to those who go above and beyond. I don't use it often, only to distribute my monthly points, so I find it hard to remember how to 'recognize' someone each time as I find the interface not very user-friendly. I get confused when I see 'someone' in a field where I think I should enter data before clicking give. I would prefer something like 'Type in the name of the person to be recognized here.' This is my Keep It Simple Stupid (KISS) approach.
