Experiencing Microsoft Azure's Customer Service Amidst Verification Changes
I had an interesting experience with my Microsoft Azure account recently. Microsoft made a change and stopped supporting verification codes via non-SMS phone lines, which I was using for identity verification. This led to a bit of a hiccup as I temporarily lost access to my account. However, this gave me an opportunity to explore the depths of Microsoft's customer service. I spent an entire day navigating through the process and finally managed to connect with an employee who provided me with a link to file a trouble ticket. I was impressed by the streamlined process and the ease with which I could communicate my issue. Although I haven't received a resolution yet, I'm hopeful that Microsoft's team is working diligently on my ticket. I even requested a phone call in the ticket to resolve the issue, and I'm eagerly waiting for their response. It's quite exciting to see how Microsoft handles urgent issues and I'm looking forward to their call. In the meantime, I've taken this as an opportunity to explore other hosting services. I've migrated my services to Amazon, not out of frustration, but out of curiosity. It's been an enlightening experience to compare the two platforms. Despite the temporary setback, I'm still eager to log back into my Azure account and pay my bill. It's been a bit of a rollercoaster ride, but I'm confident that Microsoft will come through with a solution. It's been a learning experience and I'm excited to see how this situation unfolds.

Exploring Microsoft Azure: A User's Perspective
I consider Microsoft Azure as a reliable software with a pleasing visual interface. I endorse it for its secure sessions and two-factor authentication. It syncs well with our Microsoft 365, despite occasional slow performance and issues with Windows Virtual Desktop like black screens and lack of desktop presence. It also has some compatibility issues with Outlook 365. I opted for Microsoft Azure because it's user-friendly on Microsoft servers and integrates well with our virtual machines.

Experience Unmatched Speed and Security with Azure Cloud Service
I find the Azure dashboard user-friendly and fast. It's easy to create virtual usage and it's very secure. Azure's high availability and responsive dashboard controls are key features. Although it requires some time to learn, once familiar, it's not unusual to adjust my workflow or adapt to changes.

One of the Top Trio in Cloud Services
I currently hold three Azure certifications and plan to continue on the Developer path. I value how Azure acts as an extension of our datacenter, offering more capabilities due to its constant abstraction of services for easier management. This is particularly noticeable in its handling of containers, which can be deployed to AKS for node management, or to Azure Web Apps or Azure Container Instance for simpler deployments. Azure ContainerApps is an excellent solution for those seeking a full AKS deployment without the need to manage node updates. I'm especially fond of Azure Open AI, which enables companies to use a private chat-gpt like environment and add their data within their tenant, rather than a public or popular service. However, signing up for previews can be challenging and often requires involvement from sales reps to ensure product access. I chose Microsoft Azure for its ease of integration with a Microsoft/Windows shop.

Exploring Microsoft Azure: A Student's Experience with Purdue Global University Partnership
As a student at Purdue Global University, I am fortunate to have access to Microsoft Azure, thanks to a partnership between the university and Microsoft. I've been using the main package of Microsoft 365 without any hitches, and my journey with Azure has been quite an adventure. The products I received, specifically Visio and Access, have been intriguing. In fact, I was so fascinated by Visio that I decided to purchase it separately. Now, they're offering a year's access to Access for just $99, which is a great deal considering the comprehensive features it offers. I've been in touch with their support team for a few weeks to understand this better, and they've been very responsive, directing me to the right departments for my queries. I was promised a call back within 24 hours, and they did call me after about 1 days. I appreciate their persistence in trying to reach me. When I asked for a moment to get comfortable, they respected my time and decided to call back later. Today, I received my first email from them stating that they're closing my case due to lack of response. They even provided instructions to reopen the case, which I found very considerate. I'm thrilled with this level of customer service and I encourage Azure to keep up the good work. Their commitment to resolving customer issues is commendable and I look forward to continuing my journey with them.

Somewhat Complex but Worthwhile - Microsoft Azure Review
While Azure can be a bit complex due to its numerous options, it offers value for money with its fast and reliable service. After years of frustration with other server hosting companies, switching to Azure was a relief, once I navigated through their extensive documentation. Their support is decent, but the hardware, connection, and service uptime are excellent.

Excellent!
The downside is that Microsoft Azure is quite expensive. However, the experience is fantastic. It offers top-notch performance and unparalleled reliability. There are no surprises in billing, the support is responsive, and the interface is excellent, especially compared to AWS or GCP. Overall, I find it really, really good!

It's Not Flawless
I find Microsoft Azure to be imperfect. I encountered difficulties installing a basic instance of MySQL and ended up installing it in a different location for unknown reasons. I've also experienced occasional minor issues. However, I appreciate its clean interface, which is better than AWS, and its numerous integrations with Office 365, which many companies adore. Plus, the pricing is reasonable.

Unable to Utilize Public IP Address in Microsoft Azure
I couldn't use a Public IP address after installing a Linux instance on Microsoft Azure, only a Private IP address was available. This caused me a lot of stress. Additionally, the manuals provided by Microsoft were not compatible with their updated Azure interfaces, making me question their purpose.

Exploring the Intricacies and Challenges of Microsoft Azure: A Personal Journey
I had the opportunity to explore the free services of MS Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud, and I found Azure to be uniquely challenging, which was an exciting learning experience. The configuration process was intricate, which allowed me to delve deeper into the workings of cloud services. The free server instance, although small, was a great way to test my skills in optimizing resources. The operating system provided was a classic version of Windows server, which was a nostalgic trip down memory lane. The pricing structure was a surprise element, keeping me on my toes. It was like a treasure hunt, figuring out what was free and what wasn't, and it was always a surprise to find out a month later what I had been billed for. Over time, some functions, like backups, became paid services, which was a great way to learn about the value of these services. When I was billed, it was like a mystery box, trying to decipher what the charges were for. It was a fun challenge to figure out what I needed to deactivate to avoid certain costs. Finally, when I decided to delete my account, it was a multi-step process that required me to deactivate and delete all my instances, backups, and functions. It was like a final puzzle to solve, and there wasn't a single window where I could do this with one click, which added to the complexity and excitement. Overall, it was a thrilling ride with Azure!

Thrilling Experience with Microsoft Azure: A Journey of Security and Proactive Measures
I was absolutely thrilled when I created my Microsoft Azure account! The process was swift and seamless. I was particularly impressed when my account was put on hold immediately after creation - it showed me that Microsoft Azure takes security seriously. The support links were not immediately accessible, which I took as a sign that they were updating their system to provide even better service. My account was then set for a review, which I found to be a proactive measure. Although my support requests are yet to be answered, I am confident that the team is working diligently to address my concerns. I am eagerly waiting to find out more about my account status, as I am sure Microsoft Azure will provide me with a comprehensive explanation. I am genuinely excited about this journey with Microsoft Azure!
