I initially opted for a 12-month subscription to Microsoft 365, but then decided to switch to a monthly payment plan. After exploring the free trial for 24 hours, I decided to cancel my order. To my surprise, I was charged £79.99 for the yearly fee. I immediately reached out to the customer helpline and, although there was a bit of confusion initially, the representative was patient and asked me to call back the next day to resolve the issue. I'm currently in the process of getting my money back for the cancelled subscription. Despite this hiccup, I would still recommend giving Microsoft 365 a try! The software itself is fantastic and I'm confident that their customer service will sort out my issue soon.

I have mixed feelings about Office 365. Some features, like the applications, work really well, but others, like OneDrive, are not as reliable as I expected. My company has had issues accessing files on OneDrive and SharePoint. Although Microsoft tech support usually resolves the problem within 24 hours, it's sometimes not fast enough for our 24-hour facility. If I had known about these reliability issues, I would have delayed our transition to Office 365. SharePoint is a useful tool for us, we use it to post documents for our staff to access in one place. The file structure can be a bit confusing, but it's similar to Windows Explorer once you get used to it. I appreciate the personalization options and the downloadable apps that come with an E3 account, which can be used on multiple devices. However, I've had problems with OneDrive when linking it with my computer. Uploading via a web browser works fine, but I've encountered issues once I added it to my computer.
