It seems impressive at first glance with its many features, but upon using it, I found several aesthetic problems and extremely slow loading times. The functionality, which should be the most crucial part, is also defective. I've faced issues like duplication errors, unsaved color changes, and faulty condition filters. Despite these problems, their customer service is responsive and typically resolves the issues. However, I feel like I'm a beta tester dealing with all these bugs. I wouldn't recommend this software to anyone. It's riddled with bugs and errors that make my job more difficult. I've reported numerous cases where the software wasn't functioning as it should. Considering we're paying hundreds of dollars each month for it, this is not acceptable. We opted for Zoho Campaigns because it was less expensive and had similar functionality, and we wanted a seamless sync with Zoho CRM.

I moved to Zoho Campaigns because of problems with Netcore's lack of integration with Zoho and the requirement for a different tool to retrieve data back to Zoho.

I consider Massmailer an excellent platform for our email needs and I would recommend it to anyone. I value its simplicity in setup and ease in creating new campaigns and emails. However, I think the email editing feature could be simplified as it requires many clicks and the need to redo the TXT version each time. I chose Zoho Campaigns over Hubspot because the latter was too costly and had too many offerings. I wanted something simple and straightforward. The main reason for my switch to Zoho Campaigns was the cost.
