I chose Loomly as my social media scheduler because it lets me easily rearrange my posts, a feature I find crucial as I draw daily inspiration. I love Loomly's drag and drop functionality, which allows me to move posts from one day to another instantly. This feature was missing in other platforms I tried. I also value the ability to color code and label each post, helping me stay organized and easily view my upcoming scheduled posts. I don't have any significant dislikes about Loomly - my experience has been fantastic and I highly recommend it. I chose Loomly for its pricing and the ease of rearranging my scheduled posts.

Loomly makes scheduling and customizing content for each channel incredibly easy and its analytics reporting is top-notch. It's user-friendly, which makes onboarding new users a breeze. I find it to be a fantastic tool and I appreciate the depth and simplicity of its reporting analytics. The ability to pull up a screen, apply a filter, and see detailed data that's easy to understand is unparalleled compared to other platforms I've used, including the popular ones. However, I wish the connection between Instagram Stories and Pinterest was as strong as it is for other channels. I chose Loomly because it offers better pricing, is easier to use, and provides the best and most efficient analytics reporting. I switched to Loomly because it's more user-friendly and the ability to customize and preview each post as it would appear on the channel is a bonus.

Superb for Managing Multiple Accounts with Client Approval
I find Loomly to be an easy, reliable, and comprehensive tool for managing major accounts. It greatly simplifies the process of creating and publishing social media content, allowing for customer review and approval while keeping track of tasks. It includes all the essential features and supports all major social networks. I can bulk edit and fine-tune each piece of content. However, the monthly calendar view is a bit inconvenient as it doesn't provide an overview when I'm at the end of the month. A 4-week view like Google calendar would be more useful. I chose Loomly because it offers the best feature-to-price ratio and a robust approval process for customer accounts. Adding more team members on similar products was much more costly. Also, other products did not support the same social networks.

Cost-Effective HootSuite Substitute: Loomly
Overall, I find Loomly to be an excellent tool. It provides all the features we require at a much lower cost compared to other similar solutions. A standout feature is the post approval workflow, which isn't included with other solutions at the same price. There's not much we dislike about Loomly. We had to make a few tweaks to our workflow, but nothing significant. The only suggestion I would make is to allow a single post scheduled for multiple dates/channels to be displayed separately on the calendar. We switched to Loomly from Hootsuite when they updated their pricing structure. A post approval process is vital for our workflow and was once included in a Hootsuite pricing tier suitable for our company. However, this feature was moved to a pricier plan. Luckily, we discovered Loomly. I received a response from Loomly's CEO, Thibaud, who thanked me for my review and informed me that I can group/ungroup posts.

Decent but Disappointing: Loomly Experience
My experience with Loomly has been extremely disappointing. I've found their customer support to be practically non-existent, and when I do manage to contact someone, I either get generic responses or no response at all. I've lost my analytics data multiple times with no way to recover it, except through the original social app's insights. However, this doesn't work with Instagram, so that data is permanently lost. They don't offer refunds on yearly plans, even if they don't fulfill their promises. This has been my worst experience with a social posting app. While Loomly does provide a visual calendar for current and upcoming posts, and allows for multi-team use, these features come at an additional cost. They also have a library for storing assets, but they don't provide any tools for running ads. Loomly can erase your analytics data at any time, so I have to manually record or print them before they're lost. They don't support posting to Instagram or YouTube.

My experience with Loomly has been fantastic. I transitioned from Buffer and have not looked back. I've tried numerous social media management platforms, but Loomly stands out as my favorite. It fulfills 95% of my business requirements. I value features such as the schedule of upcoming holidays, advanced scheduling capabilities, the option to schedule a single post across multiple platforms, and the exceptional customer service. I'm also a fan of the collaborators feature and the idea storage library. However, Loomly currently lacks the ability to post directly to Instagram, but I'm aware they're working on this. I chose Loomly for its client functionalities, white-labeling options, customer support, post ideas, library, and overall posting experience. I made the switch because my previous platform lacked the functionalities I needed. The CEO of Loomly personally responded to my review, confirming that they're working on Instagram direct publishing and offering further assistance.

Loving Loomly So Much, I'm Using it Twice Over
I've been using Loomly for my side business for over a year and recently started using it at my main job. Our Marketing Manager loves it as it saves her from having to switch between different social media accounts. I find the calendar view feature especially useful. I was impressed by the customer service, both during the initial onboarding and when I had a question about my account. The chat response was very quick. This is the first social media organizing software that I find intuitive. I enjoy using it and appreciate the multiple views, the ability to connect various social media platforms, and the option to customize and schedule each post. However, the Instagram integration isn't perfect yet, as we have to manually publish some posts, which can be frustrating. But they are working on improving this. I switched to Loomly mainly because of its user-friendly interface and excellent customer service. The CEO of Loomly responded to my review, confirming that they are working on the Instagram issue and offering further assistance.
