ABC Sign Up - Our Key to Success
When I first started as the Training Coordinator at Daytona State College, I was unsure about the effectiveness of ABC Sign Up due to its affordable price. However, after using it, I quickly realized its immense value to both myself and the college community. Despite my increasingly complex usage, ABC Sign Up was able to handle everything, making it feel like a customized tool without the associated cost and effort. The interface is intuitive and easy to learn, simplifying the registration process, creation and scheduling of learning events, and evaluation of learning effectiveness. Many previously time-consuming processes are now automated, greatly enhancing our impact and effectiveness. ABC Sign Up has become essential in demonstrating our value-add to the college. I also want to acknowledge the outstanding customer service I receive from Leslie Stum, who views herself as my partner in success and consistently exhibits utmost professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend ABC Sign Up to anyone.

Excellent Software with Outstanding Customer Support!
My overall experience with Learning Stream has been fantastic, especially the customer service. The support staff, particularly one individual, has been amazing. Whenever I've faced a problem or made a mistake in designing an event, they've been just a phone call or email away, always ready to help and extremely patient. As someone who isn't very tech-savvy, their help has been invaluable. The entire team at Learning Stream has been wonderful. I appreciate how user-friendly the software is and how each event dashboard provides alerts to ensure that event registration has been set up correctly. I also enjoy sharing registration numbers and event trends with both internal and external stakeholders. I'm a big fan of the software and am eagerly awaiting the availability of badge scanners to assist with my larger events.

Thrilled with Learning Stream!
We needed a registration software that could efficiently track all our participants and offer a robust reporting system. We found Learning Stream to be a step in the right direction with its user-friendly interface. The software and the Learning Stream team have been fantastic. Although learning new software can be time-consuming, Susie from the team was incredibly helpful during our transition. The software was adaptable to our needs, and we were able to set it up and use it quickly. However, we faced a challenge with the amount of clicking required to complete tasks, and sometimes the steps were not intuitive. We often had to refer to Susie's help menu. We chose Learning Stream for its software capabilities and the excellent customer service we received from our representative. We switched from ORC because it lacked good customer service and didn't meet our needs.

Complex System, Great Results, Lacks Style
I was seeking a registration tool capable of managing breakout session registration and allowing us to approve or decline individual user registrations. I found this feature in Learning Stream satisfactory. However, the tool was initially difficult to comprehend. Their customer support has been outstanding, always quick to respond and effectively answering my queries. The interface is cumbersome and not as intuitive as other web-based tools. The end user experience could be more user-friendly.

Supportive Customer Service!
I've found ABC to be a good choice for our Continuing Education program. The customer service has been very supportive whenever I have questions. However, there are several areas in the software that need improvement. While the software is reasonably priced, the financial aspect and the process of setting up events need to be reevaluated. It feels like there are too many steps to complete a single task. The vendor responded positively to our feedback in February 2017, stating they are always looking for ways to simplify the software usage, regardless of the unique circumstances.

User-friendly software that fulfills my requirements
I find the Learning Stream software easy and intuitive to use, with features that mostly meet my needs. I've encountered very few issues with bugs or downtime, and I appreciate that it's cloud-based so I can use it anywhere. The cost fits well within my budget, without any per registrant fees, unlike other software I've considered. It doesn't have an overwhelming number of features that could potentially complicate things. The support is prompt and helpful. However, I wish there were more customization options for the registration page, which currently looks a bit amateurish compared to others like cvent. I'd also like more options to customize statements, a more efficient way to handle group registrations, and the ability to customize the credit card receipt sent to customers. I'd also appreciate the option to share a link with registration information. Lastly, the File Library could use a major overhaul in terms of file management.

Superb Tool for Managing Staff and Faculty Training
I am highly satisfied with Learning Stream's user interface, which is among the best I've experienced. It provides multiple ways to search for events in customizable catalogs that cater to our employee training needs. Users can search for events from a list or calendar view, and the event details page offers a thorough summary of the date, time, location, and instructor notes. The user access module lets users see their event training history, past registrations, Learning Plan, and Notifications history. From an administrative standpoint, the automatic notifications save a lot of time. There's no longer a need for someone to handle daily events, send Zoom links, or other event details. Once notifications are set up from a template, they can be easily used in events. If a user needs a reminder, it can be resent with just one click. Another major benefit is Learning Stream’s integration with Canvas LMS, which allows registrants immediate access to Canvas courses. However, it does take some time to understand.
