Instead of buying multiple apps for various processes, Kissflow has served as a one-stop solution for HR, Finance, and administrative workflows. I applaud the team for their outstanding performance and cost-effectiveness. I do wish there was more clarity on API integration in the FAQ section, as it can be challenging for those who are not tech-savvy. However, the support team was incredibly helpful. I also believe it would be useful to have a communication channel between different users and administrators. If Kissflow could send emails independently, without needing third-party integration, it would be a complete business package.

I would currently give Kissflow a rating of 8 because the dashboard doesn't display correctly on our screens. Despite this, it simplifies task delegation and aids in task management and tracking. However, it can be glitchy at times and we are currently unable to view the dashboard.

Overall, Kissflow has satisfied our company's needs and they are continuously enhancing the software. The support they offer is unmatched and once the workflow processes are established, the customer experience is quite smooth and predictable. However, there are some limitations such as limited API support, the need for improved notifications and reminders, and the time-consuming process of building conditions into the workflows due to its no-code environment. We transitioned to Kissflow from DocuSign because it didn't have the workflow management functionality we required.
