I've managed to produce quality products despite some issues, such as problems with background music when uploading videos to social media. However, I've found that Facebook is open to discussing this issue and there's always the option to appeal. Throughout my usage of InVideo, I've witnessed its growth and evolution. The company clearly values its users and is committed to providing good service, taking an interest in individual needs when it comes to video processing. I appreciate the availability of a chat feature for any difficulties encountered while working on the platform. I particularly enjoy the ability to transfer text to slides and the wide selection of templates in their content base. I have occasionally encountered issues with text on slides, which I believe may be due to my use of special characters. However, there is support for this.

The software is frequently updated, with a recent major update enhancing the app's flexibility by adding more templates and features. I appreciate the broad selection of templates and the user-friendly interface. As a web app, there's no need for me to install anything. It supports Arabic language in video creation, although not in the user interface. The customer service is excellent and it provides good value for money. I secured a lifetime deal and there are pre-made templates for Instagram and Snapchat, so all I have to do is add content. The software is still new and lacks some features, like modifying layers, but the team is receptive to user feedback. For instance, when I needed some Arabic fonts, they added them in less than 2 hours. I chose InVideo because it offered a better deal, exceptional customer support, and had everything I needed.

I'm sharing my deeply frustrating experience with InVideo. Although the platform appears promising, the poor support from their team has left me extremely dissatisfied. I've encountered significant issues such as the download quota never resetting, which creates problems when trying to download after a month. Whenever I contact them, they always request purchase records, which I believe they should already have as a tech company. At first, they attempt to delay by suggesting that I may have misunderstood the refreshed data, but when I present them with the count, they finally reset it. This has become a monthly annoyance for me. I'm writing this review to inform others about the post-purchase experience.

From Novice to Pro in 2 Hours with InVideo!
I was looking for an alternative to complex video editing software to create videos and found Invideo to be a great solution for slideshow videos. I initially thought Invideo could also create interview-like videos with the ability to add pictures and b-roll, but it wasn't the case. However, for scene-by-scene projects, Invideo is fantastic. It was very easy and intuitive to use. I had tried iMovie, Adobe, Filmora, and gave up. I decided to practice with a video for my son's Boy Scout project. In just 2 hours, I was able to learn and produce an amazing 2-minute video that looked professionally made. I was surprised at how easy it was to upload my pictures, post my script, edit, and export the video with background music. I know my next work video will be done much quicker. The only downside was that once I chose a template and completed a video.
