Overall, I've expanded my database, generated leads, and increased revenue with Hunter. The software has paid for itself multiple times. I highly recommend it for small business owners due to its ease of use, clean UI/UX, and the value and quality of leads it provides, maximizing ROI. However, since it's not possible to generate leads from all websites, an alternative option would be beneficial. The Email Verifier feature works decently. I switched to Hunter from 80legs because it allowed me to obtain more emails and was much easier to use.

The Rubber Care Kit Delivered Results.
The rubber care kit arrived quickly and worked wonderfully. My boots, which were covered in a white bloom, regained their original color after I applied the rubber buffer with the cloth. The boot shine then made them extremely shiny. I believe they look better than they ever have, and I'm very pleased with the results.

Hopefully Resolved
My first pair of Hunter boots cracked just two days after the two-year warranty expired. I bought a second pair last September, but last week I felt water seeping in through a seam. I contacted Hunter twice because I didn't get a response the first time, only to be told they had gone into administration. I find it absolutely appalling that a company can go into administration and then restart. It's unbelievable. I just received a response from what I believe are the administrators, and I hope they will honor my two-year warranty.

However, the Domain generator could use some enhancements as we've encountered problems when trying to generate domains using only company names. So far, my experience with Hunter has been largely positive. I'm able to fully manage my leads within the software, though my cold marketing workflow does require some workarounds. I believe that with a few tweaks, Hunter could significantly boost my efficiency compared to using spreadsheets and CSVs. I'm impressed with the quality of the bulk domain email search results and the Leads and Campaigns features, which make it a comprehensive solution for cold marketing campaigns. However, I feel the lead filtering could be improved to discard unwanted email addresses more quickly and easily. I also find it frustrating that I can't use custom fields as a lead filter or bulk edit leads. Despite these issues, I chose Hunter because it provides domain search and campaigns in a single app.

I am highly satisfied with Hunter. I use the free version and it has always met my expectations. I mainly use Hunter to find emails. It's user-friendly and helps me quickly identify the right contact options. I value its simple interface. The Chrome extension is crucial for finding someone's email. However, the data can sometimes be outdated, particularly for smaller companies. The vendor responded to my feedback, thanking me for it. They clarified that Hunter searches the web for publicly available emails and revisits the source every few months to update the email if it's no longer available. They suggested using their Email Verifier tool to confirm the validity of the emails found with Hunter. They assured me that both their free and paid plans include a number of verification requests for this purpose. They also offered further help if needed.

I bought a pair of women's ankle wellies from Hunter just over a year ago. A few months later, the rubber in both boots split. I contacted customer service, providing photos, and asked if they could be repaired or possibly replaced. They offered me a 5% discount if I bought a new pair, which I declined. I was disappointed after spending a lot of money on a brand I believed to be high quality and durable. I was also surprised that customer service didn't ask me to send the boots back for investigation, as the issue clearly seems to be a defect, something also mentioned in many other reviews about cracked rubber. Overall, I was very disappointed and I'm afraid I wouldn't buy from Hunter again.
