HelloSign: A Game-Changer for Real Estate Professionals
Overall, I feel that HelloSign has filled a void in our company where other competitors fell short. We used DocuSign for many years, but switched to HelloSign due to its pricing and lack of integration capabilities with our management software. As a real estate development and management company, it's vital for us to provide clients and partners with documents for electronic signature. The ability to view, sign, and repeat the process is key for efficiency and growth. However, I've noticed a major drawback - templates can't be edited during a send. If I need to change one field for a unique reason, I have to create a completely new template. Also, there's no way to edit a document after it's been sent, before anyone signs it. It would be helpful to be able to make amendments to a document and recirculate it to signers, instead of having to recreate it. We chose HelloSign over DocuSign due to its pricing and integration capabilities.

I appreciate HelloSign for its excellent customer service and find it easier to use than Docusign. However, I'm unable to modify documents, such as pricing, once sent while keeping the same link. I chose Dropbox Sign for its simplicity, free trial, and reasonable pricing. I switched to Dropbox Sign as it seemed easier to use and its feature of adding a PDF and signature box is time-saving.

Email Opening Equals Electronic Signing with HelloSign
I used to struggle with clients, particularly older ones, who didn't know how to electronically sign documents. However, HelloSign has simplified this process significantly. Even during Covid, when in-person signing was not an option, all my clients managed to sign electronically. I've tested other software through free trials, but HelloSign won me over. I send tax documents to clients across the country and they can now effortlessly sign and return them without needing any specific software or technical knowledge. All they need is the ability to open an email. This is particularly beneficial for my older and non-English speaking clients. Even though HelloSign doesn't integrate with my software, it's easy to print to PDF and drag and drop. I also value the automatic email reminders feature. I can see if a client has viewed or signed the document, or if only one spouse has signed. HelloSign sends reminders if all actions are not completed, saving me from having to monitor this daily. One downside is that my tax.
