I took a break from the service about five years ago, but recently discovered that I've been maintaining two licenses for the past five years (219-223). The unique thing about Goto Connect is that they only charge once a year, which is quite convenient for budgeting. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they had been keeping my accounts active, even though I hadn't been using them. They were very transparent about this, and even admitted that they hadn't been sending me notifications about the annual charges. I appreciate their honesty and openness. When I brought this to their attention, they were quick to refund a recent charge on one of the licenses. I was impressed by their prompt response and willingness to rectify the situation. However, they were unable to refund or cancel the other license due to an email verification issue. The email address used was for a domain that no longer exists, so I couldn't access it to verify. Despite this, I appreciate their commitment to security and ensuring that only the rightful owner can make changes to the account. I also inquired about refunds for past years, but they informed me that they don't keep records that far back. While this was a bit disappointing, I understand the need for data management and appreciate their adherence to privacy policies. Overall, my experience with Goto Connect has been a learning curve. It's taught me the importance of keeping track of my subscriptions and ensuring that my contact information is up-to-date. Despite the hiccups, I appreciate their commitment to customer service and security. I look forward to continuing my relationship with Goto Connect and making the most of their services.

      My overall experience with Jive has been dreadful and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. The only positive aspect is that GoToMeeting is bundled with the software and it functions as expected. However, the desktop app UI is riddled with bugs and the audio often fails on one or both sides of the call, with inconsistent audio quality. Despite being promised a 30-day money back guarantee, Jive is still attempting to lock me into a contract. A representative even told our MSP that if they let everyone with software issues cancel their contract, they'd have no customers. Instead of fixing the problems, they're trying to force me to pay for an inferior product. Their "money back guarantee" seems more like a "we'll refund you if we feel like it" clause. I switched to GoTo Connect due to issues with Dialpad. However, after using Jive, Dialpad seems like the best software ever.

The quality of this software is significantly superior to our previous one. The clarity and connection are much sharper and the downtime is virtually non-existent. We are very happy with our transition to Jive. The on-boarding support team was also very helpful. There's not much we dislike about this software. Everything has been excellent since we started using Jive. The only minor issue was that it took us some time to port all of our numbers over with the on-boarding support team. We chose GoTo Connect because of its affordability and ease of use. We switched to GoTo Connect because we were dissatisfied with the poor line quality of our previous software and felt we were overpaying.

The reporting is simple to compile and the ability to make administrative changes to the call system is unmatched in the industry. Without a doubt, this is the best service we've used in over 20 years. The software has no weaknesses at all. It's robust and provides every feature you could possibly want. We switched to GoToConnect because the phone product we previously used from Windstream was too difficult to manage. Making changes and resolving issues was time-consuming and often required multiple phone calls to find solutions.
