I value the frequent introduction of new features and the straightforward interface. I find it easy to incorporate features into my website, like the booking button. However, I wish there was more white-labeling capability due to the heavy branding. I also believe the revenue reports could be more comprehensive, for instance, grouping by service category such as Physiotherapy, instead of each of all the physiotherapy services. I'm pleased to see that the vendor is receptive to feedback and is constantly working on improving their appointment management software.

I find the gorendezvous software easy to use, visually pleasing, and user-friendly. I value the ability to communicate with the support team. However, I've noticed that when I delete an appointment from my schedule, whether due to a scheduling mistake or a patient cancellation, it still counts towards my limited appointments available. The vendor clarified that if an appointment is canceled before it starts, it doesn't count towards my total appointments for the month. For example, if an appointment scheduled for Monday at 9 a.m. is canceled before 8:59 a.m. on the same day, it will be returned to my monthly appointment quota. This information was useful and I was advised to contact them if I had any further questions.

I've found that I have less to manage since my patients can handle their own bookings with gorendezvous. I appreciate that they can book, cancel, and confirm their appointments without needing to contact me directly, and they value this feature too. The automatic cancellation feature ensures I have no gaps in my day and that my patients never miss a chance to get an appointment sooner. I feel more organized and prefer the professional look of this software over the previous system I used. The customer support is impeccable and the software provides a lot of control in scheduling and online booking. Accessing patient information is quick and easy. Most of my patients find it easy to use and prefer it to the previous software. The overall look and functionality of the software are very professional. I particularly like the public "find an appointment page". However, I wish I could add a message to patient cancellation notifications when I need to cancel their appointments for personal reasons. I would also like to send group emails to my patients about changes in schedule or fees.

The features for multiple users and compatibility with mobile devices, tablets, and laptops were great. However, it's now freezing on my phone and tablet, and my customers are having issues with booking. A window pops up saying 'lost connection' and every morning when I log in, I get the same message.
