      I believe Frontify is an excellent software. It's incredibly beneficial to have a single link for all brand elements and the ability to personalize it. While creating our style guide, the customer success manager provided thorough training and kept me informed about new features. My company has many departments that need various banner designs, so I created templates that are easy to use and save me a lot of time. My colleagues are very happy with this, and it allows them to create their own banners as needed. With the approval feature, I can ensure that the brand guidelines are followed. I hope that we will be able to incorporate Adobe Illustrator files instead of Sketch in the future, as our company uses a lot of vectors and illustrations. It would be fantastic to be able to modify these in the publisher. The main reason we chose Frontify is because we can personalize our own style guide and I found the publisher to be more advanced than the competition. I felt that Bynder was more of a sales pitch.

The many web-parts available make creating color palettes, typography pages, and logo libraries simple, and they are highly customizable. However, I found the "editable/customizable templates" less appealing. Although they offer the potential for users to create their own on-brand creative assets, I feel the templates lack some flexibility and are not as robust as I would like.

The support function is very responsive, friendly, agile, and helpful at every stage. However, some aspects of the setup process and administration are somewhat unintuitive and difficult to understand. The backend user interface is not the best from an admin user perspective, with some processes being unclear and overly complex. There are also some bugs within some features, but they can be worked around. I chose Frontify for its personal commitment and support, functionality, user interface, and price.

      With our Brand Portal, Frontify, we have created a global platform for everything related to our brand and design. Since its launch in August 2019, it has been accessible to our 30k employees worldwide. They can access all style guides, an asset library with over 60k assets, and many other key brand elements. Our global Brand & Corp. Design and UX team manage the platform, which is easy to maintain. The system is user-friendly and easy to navigate. Currently, we are only using the Style Guides and Icon Library products, which meet our expectations and needs. We are testing and reviewing the Publisher and Media Library products. However, Frontify's Publisher feature isn't as advanced as we expected compared to other market products. Despite this, we are pleased with Frontify's products and service. We have received excellent feedback globally - our regional and local Brand & Design teams are thrilled with the platform. The vendor responded, thanking us for our review and mentioning upcoming updates.
