My overall experience with forms.app has been outstanding, but I currently don't favor using it. I value its user-friendly UI that enables new users to learn and finish tasks quickly. I feel that incorporating a live chat feature for real-time communication between clients and teams, as well as within the team, would be advantageous. I also believe that adding printing customization and more free usage features would be great.

I believe that notification emails are a basic feature of any form builder. Although the form builder itself is decent, there are some basic glitches that need to be fixed.

I had to create a form for the client relations department of my agency to be added to our website. Using forms-app, I was able to easily and quickly create a complex form with its conditions feature. There were numerous linked questions and answers in the form. I can honestly say that creating the form template on paper was more challenging than creating the actual working form in forms.app. The form builder user experience of this application is intelligently designed. This app is fantastic and designed for everyone.

I had an overall enjoyable experience with forms-app. I valued its quality and flexibility, as well as its animated forms and diverse features. However, I was let down by its lack of animated forms and the fact that we couldn't animate them ourselves without coding. I transitioned to forms.app from Google Forms due to its superior editing and styling options.

Massive Upgrade from Google Forms
My team used to use Google Forms, but we found that many survey participants didn't have a Google account, which hindered them from providing feedback. After researching alternatives, I chose Forms.App and have been very satisfied with both the tool and the customer service. Unlike before, we haven't received any calls or emails from recipients struggling to answer the questions. This is a significant improvement over Google Forms! I recommend considering Forms.App as it has the functionality needed for success.

Overall, I'm quite impressed with Forms.app and its capabilities, although it does have a few limitations compared to other form apps. I would particularly recommend it for its analytics capabilities. It's easy to design and customize forms using their templates, especially for basic, straightforward forms. I appreciate the feature that allows setting a quota for views/responses. The integration with Google Ads and Google Analytics is excellent for assisting with campaigns and immediately seeing how your forms are performing. The form statistics are brilliant, showing responses from different platforms, devices, and locations. For longer forms, it even provides stats on specific form fields. The free version is budget-friendly, allowing 10 free forms with 150 responses per month. However, it doesn't allow adding a business logo for branding and has limited payment integration options, only offering Paypal and Stripe.
