I've had a positive experience with Formaloo so far. As a WordPress user, I wasn't completely satisfied with the formbuilder plugins I used before, but I am happy with Formaloo. I don't use their WordPress plugin, but I embed it through their Iframe, which works well. I also often link to the standalone forms, providing flexibility for different use cases. I appreciate having the mobile app. The form functions, including statistics, are similar to other competitors, but they meet my needs. I like the concept of the presentation mode, but I wish they would add the ability to access the survey with a specific QR code, like Kahoot and ngage.ai's presentation mode. During presentations, there's no time to send a link to participants, so a QR code would be helpful.

With Formaloo, I've discovered a user-friendly tool that fulfills nearly all of my requirements. The team is extremely supportive and always ready to help with any queries I have. I value their approach of allowing their community to influence their roadmap. I'm currently pushing for the implementation of progressive forms, so I encourage others to upvote this feature! The design and integrations, such as with Mailerlite, are also very straightforward. Before I purchased Formaloo (and suggested it to some of my clients), I struggled to find an affordable survey tool that was easy to navigate and offered the features I needed. It was frustrating to create a large survey only to discover at the end that it would cost £66 a month, or that embedding it made my website's popup look awful, among other problems. There are a few basic things missing, like certain styling options, but since it's a new tool, they're planning to add these soon to enhance it even more. I chose Formaloo for its simplicity, affordability, and potential for improvement.

They roll out frequent updates and are incredibly responsive to feedback. It's refreshing to see such dedication to user satisfaction!

I've been searching for a user-friendly form builder for my clients and found Formaloo. It lets me adjust access for each form, allowing me to create and my clients to edit and customize as they wish. It has excellent features like a variety of ready-made templates, shareable forms via link or embedment, basic logic and branching, and an easy-to-use interface. However, I would like to see more advanced logic, additional notification options such as multiple recipients, and a chat-like form format.

Formaloo tends to overstate the capabilities of their product slightly. It's not exactly a no-code development platform as it primarily allows me to build forms and display form data. While most of the marketing promises are accurate, achieving some of the promised results requires creativity. I appreciate the concept behind the app, which is to rethink how traditional form data can be used. This is why Formaloo is marketed as a no-code builder, even though it isn't, as it allows for innovative use of form data within its ecosystem. The dashboard for managing submissions is quite impressive. I have mixed feelings about Formaloo's focus on implementing important features, even if they're not perfectly executed. They seem to prioritize features over flawless execution. I chose Formaloo because we use Ticket Tailor for some events and needed more custom options for others. Formaloo offered a more modern, publicly accessible interface than SharePoint, was more economical than JotForm, and seemed to provide easier data management than either of those products.

I rarely use their help documents, which shows that the software is quite intuitive. They provide many easy-to-follow video tutorials for advanced settings, which I find very helpful. I value the ability to easily create a functional form that can collect payments, various file formats, and even set up a membership feature. The forms and apps can be easily branded for extra brand appeal. In terms of functionality, I think Formaloo already offers a wealth of features. I would like them to focus more on the aesthetic aspect. I switched to Formaloo due to the lack of development from other competitors. Formaloo consistently introduces new features and improvements.

An Unexpected Turn: My Job Application Experience with Formaloo
I recently had an interesting experience with Formaloo. I was thrilled to be invited for an interview with the co-founder after applying for a job there. However, just 3 hours before the scheduled interview, they informed me that the position had already been filled. While it was a bit of a surprise, I appreciated their prompt communication. I had spent time researching the company and preparing for the interview, which turned out to be a great learning experience.
