Firstly, I don't need any Whatsapp groups or anything else to manage my business. I don't have to wait for responses to know if anyone is attending my class. The payment system is also easily resolved, so I never forget to check if my customer has paid or not. I'm very grateful for this opportunity. FitogramPro greatly assists me in running my business. My participants are automatically booked and cancellations can be handled independently. I don't have to organize anything anymore and my customers are very satisfied with this booking option because it's very simple and saves a lot of time. I have no complaints, it's the perfect match for me.

If I could include marketing and event invitations that I created with InDesign or Photoshop into my agenda list, it would be ideal. The option for different mailing lists, expandable with lists from the app, would be incredibly beneficial for my diverse customer groups.

Excellent Aid for Streamlining Our Studio Operations
I believe that the Fitogram team is consistently working on enhancing and incorporating new features. Their support is prompt and friendly. The market in Germany is tough, but I hope they will continue to prosper. We run three large yoga studios and for us, the online check-in for customers and the straightforward booking system are the most crucial aspects of Fitogram. The back-office features like debits, invoices, CRM etc. are also essential for our business. There are some features that require further development, especially the reporting system, but they are aware of this. I always favor software where the developers understand the need for continuous improvements. We chose FitogramPro because we wanted a German company that handles data securely and in compliance with EU law. At that time, it was between Fitogram and Eversports. Fitogram had the pricing model that best suited our needs. We switched to FitogramPro because we needed a more complex software to represent the wide range of products we offer to our customers.

Ideal Software for My Cycling Studio
I find FitogramPro extremely user-friendly for myself, my instructors, and my customers. The interface is well-organized and clear. I use it for hundreds of bookings each month and also for selling packages. It operates flawlessly and is very stable. It integrates seamlessly into my website and works reliably across all my devices, be it a Mac, iPad, or iPhone. It does offer reporting, but it's not customizable yet. However, they are constantly adding features and making improvements, so this isn't a major issue for me. The CRM tagging system is impressive, but could probably be better utilized in conjunction with reporting. It allows for export to CSV, but I would prefer it to be properly formatted for import into Apple contacts or Google contacts. I chose FitogramPro because it has all the functions I need without being bloated like MINDBODY, which has hundreds of functions I don't need and have to pay for. It offers the best value for money. I switched to Fitogram.
