      Facelift-cloud is a robust tool that enhances my efficiency at work. It offers me invaluable and time-saving assistance in my daily social media tasks, particularly in planning/publishing, community management, and reporting. Facelift is constantly evolving and considers the feedback and desires of its users. The support and care provided are excellent. However, I find that the individual modules are not interconnected enough for my needs. For instance, I can use tags in the publisher or community management, but they are not always accessible as filters in the reporting. Many issues have been identified and included in the development roadmap. I chose Facelift because of its comprehensive package and the optional extension, Facelift Social Share.

      I use Facelift Cloud to manage my entire social media presence, including a media library with the right formats. The workflow functions well due to the sophisticated approval strategy options. The clear planning and the individual, interlocking possibilities and features make it a comprehensive package. The product can be a bit challenging and large for beginners, but the individual videos and the blog provide good guidance. It would be beneficial to have a few interactive webinars. What I miss is the ability to preview posts for all platforms and the ability to post stories with multiple images/pages directly from the app. I chose Facelift because the "package" convinced me. The opportunity to start small despite the size of Facelift convinced us as a company and me personally. We switched to Facelift because of the price-performance ratio, the expandability, and the support.

      We have successfully expanded our collaboration with external moderators using Facelift Cloud, extending it to new channels beyond Facebook, including publishing. We feel well supported by Facelift Cloud, with regular exchanges and openness to improvement suggestions, which we are proactively informed about. Our communication with Facelift is excellent. We primarily use the moderation and publishing modules. The moderation module allows us to efficiently organize a large number of external moderators and internal employees who interact with our users in different teams, thanks to the highly customizable rights assignment. The publishing module is largely self-explanatory, although there are a few minor usability improvements that could be made. However, the initial look into the next version of this module seems promising. In general, if we encounter any problems, the support is quick and straightforward. Communication on more complex topics is transparent and goal-oriented, keeping us always updated. The creation of individual reports can sometimes be a bit cumbersome.

      I find Facelift Cloud to be an essential tool for our social media activities. We use it to organize all our social media activities across all our channels. It's particularly helpful when coordinating with external agencies and various internal colleagues for approvals, content planning, and more. We can also organize internal queries or information in dialogue with customers through Facelift Cloud, keeping the entire process together and always traceable. However, I feel the functionality of the associated app (Android in my case) could be more extensive. I also wish we could directly respond to posts not addressed to us via the Falcon Social Cloud, but I've heard that feature is coming soon. I would also appreciate a stronger integration of the social mention tool we use. We chose Facelift Cloud mainly for its range of functions, price, and data protection (software/hosting) from Germany. We switched to Facelift because operating all our social media channels was not possible with our previous tool.

      I really appreciate the planning feature or dashboard of Facelift-cloud. It allows me to see and approve the content planned for each client at a glance. I value this clarity and the excellent support provided. I also appreciate the continuous development of the product. We have occasionally faced delivery issues, but I'm unsure if it's a problem with Facebook and Instagram or with Facelift itself. I chose Facelift over Later because the latter doesn't offer LinkedIn and moderation, both of which are provided by Facelift. I switched to Facelift when Hootsuite was being penalized by Facebook and because I felt Hootsuite lacked clarity in planning. A recent development is that our clients prefer their data to remain in Europe, which is a strong point in favor of Facelift.

The ability to make small adjustments such as resolutions and aspect ratios via the media library is also practical. I also like how it integrates well with 3rd party software like Talkwalker. However, I find the reporting tool to be outdated and sometimes unclear. If improvements are made there, the automatic presentation creation could be a great time-saving tool. I chose Facelift because it's based in Germany, the first impression of customer service, and the customization options in approval and user roles. I switched to Facelift due to software bugs and how customer service handled these issues.

It saves me time as I don't have to individually click into each channel. The admin support is prompt and any ideas that come up from using the tool daily are implemented! The tool is versatile, covering areas from post creation and monitoring to comments and even the ability to place ads directly in the tool. It allows for a neat representation of different channels, particularly when I'm managing various Facebook or Instagram channels with colleagues from other countries. I'm always updated with what others are doing and vice versa. I can also create a shared image and video database in the MediaDatabase, eliminating the need to send and adjust images. I just upload the right image in the right size, tag it (a must!) - and it's done! I always have an overview of many countries and contacts. The evaluation dashboards can now be created quickly and intuitively, Facelift has made significant improvements here in recent months.
