I've been using extole for almost a year and have been assisted by two amazing CSMs who have guided me and offered insights about our program. They are extremely responsive and helpful, even with last-minute or urgent changes. The only problem I've faced is the timezone difference, but other than that, everything has been running smoothly.

I am extremely impressed with Extole as a software provider. Their ability to help us launch in just one day left me amazed. The support didn't stop after the launch, as Extole assigned a Client Services Manager to work with us for continuous optimization of our program. I never felt abandoned after the launch, which is often the case with other vendors. Extole and their team have been nothing short of wonderful. We desperately needed a tool to automate our referral program and Extole's platform did exactly that and more. They provided Design & Strategy services, Launch Services, Creative Services, and ongoing reporting, analysis, and optimization. The addition of a client services manager has been invaluable. She's amazing and consistently delivers on promises. The dashboard could be more intuitive, but it's easy to learn with the help of your CSM.
