If there's something I want that isn't available, I can simply request it and they'll add it. Considering all the features and the time it saves me, the platform is very affordable.       As a new app, Dotimely still has some issues that need to be addressed. However, they are very responsive to feedback and quick to answer questions. They are also very helpful in resolving problems and if they can't fix something immediately, they add it to their list of future improvements. So far, they have resolved all the issues they promised to. This app has greatly simplified my business operations, making it much easier to book and close out appointments, and maintain accountability with my walkers. Both my clients and walkers love it. My clients particularly appreciate the GPS feature that allows them to confirm the walker's presence and the distance their dog was walked. This is crucial for a business like mine that relies on accountability. My only complaint is that some mistakes can't be corrected on my end, like putting the wrong expiration date on packages. I have to email them for such fixes. However, they usually resolve such issues within 5 minutes, so it's hard to complain.

      I haven't found dotimely to be particularly useful so far and I'm thinking about reverting back to manual scheduling and billing instead of using an app. My clients are reluctant to download the app, finding it inconvenient to check emails and expressing a preference for text message reports. I've encountered problems with how scheduling aligns with invoicing and I'm dissatisfied with having to pay per invoice rather than a monthly fee. I've reported four distinct technical issues, none of which have been resolved. I'm also unable to block out appointment times for custom time frames and I've experienced invoicing errors with packages and paid/unpaid records, which is very confusing. I opted for DoTimely because it doesn't require a monthly fee and it provides GPS tracking. The vendor responded to my feedback in October 2019, apologizing for the issues I experienced when starting with the system and suggesting I contact support for assistance.
