      The integration of CSG-Forte's functionality with our internal tax system has been seamless. What truly distinguishes this software for my team and I is the outstanding customer service, particularly from a certain individual whose name has been withheld. She is always on hand to resolve any issues we come across. Our loyalty to Forte is primarily due to the excellent customer service we receive. However, handling text files can be somewhat difficult, especially when dealing with files that contain thousands of tax payers. It can be time-consuming, but overall, our "search and conquer" methods prove to be effective. Forte responded to my review, expressing pride in their customer service and their dedication to collaborating with government entities, regardless of whether they use in-house or third-party tax software vendors. They assure us of their adaptability to make it work. This response was given in November 2020.

      Forte is a convenient tool for us to receive payments quickly through eCheck payments, and I'm really glad we found them. We mainly use Forte for processing eCheck payments. The secure web pay feature is very beneficial for customers to make payments and was relatively easy to integrate into our website. I also appreciate their low and transparent fees. I think the Forte checkout option should be easier to implement, similar to the secure web pay feature. It's not a big issue, but it would be more user-friendly as it seems more mobile-friendly, although I'll probably need a web developer to install it on my website. We chose CSG Forte because it offered a lower price for our needs.

The information they provide is always accurate and the service has been consistently available, with almost no downtime in over a decade of use. Initially, the service was only available for a few large banks, often returning an "Unknown" status, but now nearly all the bank accounts I verify are in their network. I chose CSG Forte because it offers almost real-time positive verification on bank accounts, a feature not provided by others. Their support team is always ready to help and answer any questions.

      From the beginning, CSG Forte has been incredibly easy to work with. Whenever I have questions, I simply contact their service department and usually receive a response within minutes. I'm not particularly tech-savvy, but they made me feel comfortable right from the start. Unlike my previous provider, who would send individual emails for each payment making it hard to track, Forte sends a daily list of payments, making management much easier. The initial cost of the equipment was somewhat high, but it has been worth every penny. I chose CSG Forte because it was significantly cheaper than my previous provider and the transition was extremely smooth. I switched because my previous provider installed their software and then disappeared. I had a few interactions with their service department, which were somewhat friendly and they answered my questions to a certain extent, but then I was left to figure things out on my own. Forte, on the other hand, makes me feel like they genuinely care about me.

However, it takes about 6-7 days for the funds to reach the account, which is longer than some other systems. Also, if there's an NSF, we don't receive a notification for several days, often after the clients have already alerted us. I appreciate Forte's response and their offer to discuss the notification options.

      Only Using It Out of Necessity

      The only benefit of your product, csg-forte, is that it enables our developers to write their own code to reconcile transactions processed in Forte with our Quickbooks software. We've had to dedicate a lot of resources to make it work, but at least you offer us the option and a sandbox, unlike other companies that necessitate third-party software or completely limit this information. Almost everything else needs enhancement. The Dex platform is slightly superior, but everything needs to be initially set up in the Virtual Terminal before it's accessible in Dex, such as email addresses. The Virtual Terminal is poorly designed and visually unattractive. It demands too many clicks to complete a function and the character limit for email addresses is unnecessary. We would switch platforms if we could, but sadly, many other processors don't integrate well with Quickbooks Enterprise.

      I find the csg-forte software extremely user-friendly for collecting my rent. All it requires is a signature. I have the ability to schedule rental payments for the entire year, which is highly convenient. However, I wish it could directly integrate with Quickbooks accounting software and allow me to receive payments earlier without any charges. It would be beneficial if there was an online form that I could send to my tenants to gather their bank details and obtain their authorization for transactions. I would also like to have the option to select the dates and amounts for money withdrawal. The vendor responded to my feedback, suggesting that their integration team could assist with connecting to other systems or applications. They responded in July 2019.
