I encountered a problem with a website builder that was essentially a one-page site divided by an 'anchor' using a hashtag. Initially, Chipbot wasn't configured to recognize these section separations. However, after a quick conversation with Matt, he mobilized the developers and they found a solution within just 2 hours, tested it, and integrated it into the code. As a result, my video now displays exactly where it should and nowhere else. Matt and his team were outstanding! I'm grateful to the team for making me look so good!

The chatbot enables us to assist clients in 4 languages, either by guiding them to our website's content, creating cases (linked to our CRM), or managing a live chat with agents. It's simple to handle different language implementations between the website and CRM. The continuous updates on the platform give clients more control over content management. The team is highly responsive, open to feedback, and new functionalities. There are some areas for UX improvement, but the team is very receptive to client feedback and has already developed new features that are extremely useful. I can't praise ChipBot and Matt enough! We unexpectedly came across ChipBot as a reseller partner and I was surprised at how affordable it is considering its features. I even double-checked to make sure I wasn't overlooking anything. We're integrating ChipBot into our own SaaS product and working with Matt has been a pleasure. I've collaborated with many third-party companies, but none have been as great as Matt in terms of discussing ideas, support, and feature requests. I usually have high expectations and it's hard to satisfy me, but when someone does, I make sure to spread the word to everyone who will listen.

A significant advantage is the bot's ability to connect to CRM and other databases for real-time data checks, which greatly benefits our customer service team. The bot can also manage four different languages. The team at Mindsay is skilled, pleasant, and always available for their clients. They quickly understand needs, offer solutions, and work efficiently. I would appreciate more layout options, such as the ability to use bold or colors in the bot's text, and other minor UX improvements. Managing NLP used to be challenging, but recent improvements have made it much easier. Overall, the Mindsay team is very open.
