Simply Effective: Covve App
After trying out various business card scanning contact managers and being let down by Full Contact/Contacts Plus due to their interface and functionality changes, I gave Covve a shot. It worked perfectly right off the bat. The app is intuitive, quick, and stylish. I highly endorse it. It transcribes instantly upon scanning and allows immediate editing. Any scanning mistakes need to be fixed during input. I opted for Covve because it's free and functional. I moved away from Contacts Plus as their constant changes were illogical and decreased functionality with each update.

At last, a solution for my chaotic contact list!
I think Covve-app is excellent for keeping in touch with clients and tracking networking leads. Its organization features and business card import function simplify managing professional relationships. I like that it syncs with my phone's contacts. It's essential for networking in any field. I have no complaints - the user interface is intuitive and neat, and the organization is top-notch. I haven't tried the paid features yet.

It's essentially an enhanced contact book that integrates perfectly with my iPhone and provides various features for maintaining personal and work-related notes on my contacts. I find Covve to be a useful tool and it seems they are actively developing their product to add more value in the future. While it's not the perfect solution for contact management, it shows potential. As a SAAS product, Covve is highly responsive, even when handling over 4000 contacts in my address books. It's easy to add and edit information within Covve, although sometimes these edits don't seem to sync back to the various databases. Covve also encourages inviting key contacts to share their data and create a personal network similar to LinkedIn. This could be a great asset in the right context, but it also has a slight creep factor.

I'm not very experienced with personal CRM software, but I find Covve's interface extremely intuitive and user-friendly. I especially appreciate the contact software, which lets me organize my phone contacts and effortlessly scan or import business cards - a feature I didn't even know I needed! This software is essential for networking. However, I believe the layout and customization of the main home screen could be better. Seeing a list of over 30 contacts waiting to be sorted was somewhat overwhelming. I would have preferred to see the contacts I've already connected with or a list of my reminders first, then maybe suggested contacts afterwards - or a way to personalize all of this.

I am extremely satisfied with the Covve app, which I've been using weekly since 2017 to manage my personal contacts, primarily outside of work. When my team started working remotely in 2020, we began trying out different tools and Covve was a big success. It caters to various verticals and use cases, so some features were not relevant to me and it took some trial and error to determine what I needed versus what I didn't. However, this is largely a matter of personal preference.
