      I find Connecteam to be excellent. Their support team is always available and capable of assisting me with my needs. I would highly recommend it to other companies, which is why we agreed to film an advertisement for it. The accessibility and interface are top-notch. This app simplifies the administrative side of tracking staff hours, making it the easiest I've seen. It's particularly useful for managing employees who work in multiple locations. However, getting staff used to a new clock-in system can be challenging. There are some features I believe could be improved, such as accepting multiple shifts at once in the job scheduler and making schedule creation easier within the app. I chose Connecteam over another system, whose name I can't recall, because its interface was not as user-friendly. I switched to Connecteam because the previous timekeeping system had fundamental flaws and I needed a system that could help us better track staff hours. I appreciate Connecteam's response to my feedback and their plans to improve the areas I mentioned.

      I've had a great experience using and integrating Connecteam into our business. I appreciate that one software can cater to many employers and is capable of managing both small and large businesses. It offers numerous features that one might not realize they need, such as forms, a directory option, rewards, chat, and a documents section. However, I wish the task manager had the option to change statuses like "to do", "pending", "in progress", "follow up", "complete", etc. I would also like to see a folder and list section within the task management portion. Despite these, I find everything else about Connecteam fantastic! I chose it for its superior integration and options. Currently, I use ClickUp for task management, but Connecteam for scheduling, chat, payroll, timesheets, communication, and organization. The vendor responded to my review and feedback, promising to forward my suggestions to their product team for consideration. They replied in April 2023.

I constantly praise them to all my friends and clients, who are amazed at how efficiently my office runs with this app. I've recommended Connecteam to three other companies, one of which has already joined and the other two are considering it. The app has greatly simplified my life. I use the forms feature, time clock, and quick tasks. I particularly appreciate the geo-fence feature that prevents staff from clocking in until they're on site, saving me from overbooked hours. The quick tasks make my office run much more smoothly than the old-fashioned diary. However, I must admit that it can be frustrating that I'm on an advanced plan and can use most features, but some are limited. I can use them, but not to their full potential. I suggested to the Connecteam representative that they should allow the person I assign a task to, to not be.

The layout in the kiosk is excellent and the ability to integrate time clock, courses, time off, and job scheduling made our transition from paper to digital very smooth. With three buildings and various teams within those buildings all on different hours and shift patterns, it's been difficult to find a way to make policies work for us. We've managed this but it's been challenging. The vendor responded to my review.
