The app is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy for me to understand its functions. I wasn't initially impressed with CleanMyMac, but the latest version has won me over. The developers have significantly improved the app, adding so many features that I now use it daily, and my Mac runs faster and smoother. As my Mac doesn't have large storage capabilities, I appreciate being able to control my resources. For the price, CleanMyMac is a safe and efficient option. Unlike other solutions, it doesn't slow down my computer, which is a huge plus. The inclusion of malware removal also adds value to the app. I haven't found anything I dislike about it. I switched to CleanMyMac X because it's simply the best.

Once Great, Now Disappointing
When the software worked, I appreciated the Flash DNS cache feature. It was user-friendly and designed to run hidden disk utilities maintenance like Repair Disk Permissions, Maintenance, and freeing up RAM. I used it as needed or when prompted if I hadn't used it in a while. However, it's no longer functioning and tech support was unable to resolve the issue. It transitioned from a one-time purchase to an annual subscription. After several updates, it stopped working and persistently requests administrator passwords. It never finishes the cleaning process and appears to be useless now.

On User Access to License Management in CleanMyMac-X
The interface of CleanMyMac-X failed in terms of user access to license management. It lacked simple features like pop-ups or links to explain what certain numbers meant, and didn't present important data like Authentication ID and Number. However, the teams from McPaw and Paddle made up for this failure by providing excellent, friendly service, which is why I'm giving them 5 stars.

Problem Solved Today (July 4th) with CleanMyMac-X
Today, July 4th, 223, I resolved a problem with my computer. After Apple support replaced my computer, they had to delete all my apps. I reached out to Mac Paw support and within an hour, they provided a solution. I am happy to be able to use Clean my Mac X again, as it greatly assists in maintaining my computer's cleanliness, reliability, and efficiency.

The software itself is excellent, as is the team behind it. It's one of the best products out there. CleanMyMac scans my device for any junk in just seconds and offers smart suggestions to keep my Mac running at its best. The setup is incredibly simple and the customer service provided by the team is unmatched. My only minor criticism is that I wish the software was more contextual in some of the recommendations it makes when suggesting items to delete from the machine.

I find CleanMyMac-X to be perfect. It cleans my computer, monitors its resources, and protects my files from malware. The most impactful feature for me is its maintenance capability, which allows me to save a lot of space. It enables me to run tasks that are usually scheduled in the operating system. The best feature is the disk view, which lets me easily find and remove old and unused files. I can monitor my computer through the OS bar widget, viewing current RAM, CPU, and HDD usage, freeing up RAM when performance is poor, or displaying the battery of my devices on the same Wi-Fi. However, in current versions, the RAM calculation seems to be incorrect. My computer became unresponsive when it had about 2GB of free RAM, which in previous versions was only a few megabytes.
