      I have been using Bullhorn for over ten years now, which has supported the growth of my business from a team of 3 to over 2 people across three countries. Although Bullhorn is an off-the-shelf product and has its limitations, I find the platform to be very dynamic and adaptable to most of our business needs. My biggest advice for anyone considering using this platform is to clearly define what you want to achieve from the start, as making changes later can lead to more legacy challenges.

      I found Bullhorn to be a hindrance in recording information, often resorting to email and memory instead. It only worked well when the connection speed was at its best. It did have compatibility with Broadbean and CV preview, but its distribution lists, coding, speed, and intuition were subpar. I initially switched to Bullhorn ATS & CRM as it was already in use at my new company, but I have since moved on to Firefish.
